    摘要: A method of forming a double-gated junction field effect transistors (JFET) and a tri-gated metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) on a common substrate is provided. The double-gated JFET is formed in a first region of a substrate by forming a semiconductor gate electrode contacting sidewall surfaces of a first channel region of a first semiconductor fin and a top surface of a portion of a first fin cap atop the first channel region. The tri-gated MOSFET is formed in a second region of the substrate by forming a metal gate stack contacting a top surface and sidewall surfaces of a second channel region of a second semiconductor fin.

    摘要: A supercomputer processing system is provided that is configured to execute a plurality of simulations through transaction processing. The supercomputer processing system includes a supercomputer configured to execute a first simulation of the plurality of simulations and generate an output based upon execution of the first simulation, and a transaction hub. The transaction hub includes a relational database configured to store the output of the first simulation, and an application server having a service-oriented architecture (SOA) that supports an event triggering service. The event triggering service is configured to detect the output of the first simulation and automatically trigger the supercomputer to execute a second simulation of the plurality of simulations using the output of the first simulation stored in the relational database.

    摘要: A method for adjusting an operational characteristic of an audio device can include a series of steps. The method can include receiving a user spoken utterance from an audio speech source and detecting a position of the audio speech source relative to the audio device. The method further can include generating proximity data corresponding to the detected position and processing the received user spoken utterance with a selected signal processing technique based upon the proximity data. The signal processing technique can distinguish the user spoken utterance from background noise.
