摘要: The invention discloses a technology for producing ester of carboxylic acid using cellulosic biomass as starting material. This technology comprises the following key steps: converting all of the organic polymers, including such high molecular-weight polymers as carbohydrate components and lignin, in cellulosic biomass into water soluble, small molecular organics completely in relatively short time under relatively mild conditions; separating the resultant water soluble compounds containing aromatic rings by adjusting the acidity/basicity of the reaction solution or by using adsorption resin; and converting the water soluble compounds containing aromatic rings into ester of carboxylic acid by hydrogenation and esterification in a corresponding alcohol solution.

摘要: The invention provides a process for direct liquification of cellulosic biomass, which may be used to liquefy all of the organics in cellulosic biomass, including all high molecular polymeric components such as carbohydrates and lignins, into small molecular organics in a short time under mild conditions. In other words, there is provided a technology capable of converting cellulosic biomass into oil. The resultant renewable high-quality oil may be converted into liquid fuels such as gasoline etc., or used as starting materials in chemical engineering industry. The technology for direct liquification of cellulosic biomass as disclosed in the invention is the first one-step process in the world for direct liquification of cellulosic biomass without black tar formation and gasification.

摘要: A liquid fuel production process from cellulosic biomass comprises the following steps: (1) providing a mixture of cellulose and water; (2) subjecting the obtained mixture to hydrolysis and catalytic hydrogenation under the presence of acid to obtain mono-sugar alcohol and optional solid material lignin, or subjecting the obtained mixture to hydrolysis to obtain monosaccharide; (3) esterifying the obtained mono-sugar with C2-C5 organic acid to obtain a liquid fuel II, or subjecting the obtained mono-sugar alcohol or monosaccharide to dehydration/hydrogenation to obtain an organic liquid fuel I consisting of alkanes. This process avoids the loss of organic carbon atoms during fermentation, and the sugar derived from cellulosic biomass can be converted to organic carbon in the liquid fuel. The lignin produced by the process can be used for preparing aromatics.
