摘要: A liquid reducing agent container structure adapted for an exhaust emission purifying system that is capable of reductively purifying NOx in the exhaust gas using a liquid reducing agent, and provided with a configuration such that a lock (42, 60, 70) is detachably disposed on the outer face of an inlet port (34) disposed on a container body (24A) of a reducing agent container (24), and an engagement portion (36a, 50, 54, 56, 58) with which a locking member (42d, 60d, 70b) of the lock (42, 60, 70) can be engaged is disposed on the side of a cap member (36) which is configured to be screwed on the inlet port (34) to seal the inlet port (34), thereby engaging the locking member (42d, 60d, 70b) with the engagement portion (36a, 50, 54, 56, 58) with a locking operation by the lock (42, 60, 70) to block and prevent a rotation of the cap member (36).

In this exhaust gas purifying apparatus, a concentration detecting device 60 is disposed in the storage tank 20, and the detected concentration of the urea water is adopted as basic information for the supply control of the reducing agent. Further, a heating device heating the reducing agent in the storage tank 20 and a cooling device cooling this reducing agent are disposed, to heat, preferably, the reducing agent in the vicinity of a detecting section 61 of the concentration detecting device 60 and the reducing agent in the vicinity of an inlet port 12 of a supply pipe 12.

摘要: A canopy is removably secured to the container body, is respectively fitted with: a base of a water level indicator for detecting a remaining amount of liquid reducing agent; a base of a densitometer for detecting a concentration of a liquid reducing agent; and a heat exchanger which surrounds detection portions respectively suspended from the bases of the water level indicator and the densitometer, and through which is circulated engine coolant, to perform heat exchange with the liquid reducing agent, and a supply port and a return port for the liquid reducing agent are respectively formed in the canopy. The water level indicator, the densitometer, the heat exchanger, and the supply port and the return port for the liquid reducing agent are formed integrally with the canopy, so that the water level indicator and the densitometer can be dismounted together with the canopy at the same time.

摘要: A reducing agent container having a multi-function and having a container body thereof is provided with at least a heat exchanger which permits a heating medium using an engine as a heat source thereof to circulate therein for performing the heat exchange with a liquid reducing agent and a strainer which filtrates foreign substances from the liquid reducing agent, the heat exchanger and the strainer being attached to a top board of the container body. Further, a suction pipe capable of sucking the liquid reducing agent from the inside of the container body is connected to the strainer, and a supply port for the liquid reducing agent from which the foreign substances are filtrated is formed in the strainer. Thus, the whole of strainer is not exposed to the outside air, especially, the wind during traveling, and accordingly, the freezing of the urea aqueous solution in the strainer can be suppressed. Accordingly, even in a cold region, it is possible to achieve a function of effective filtration of the urea aqueous solution and a function of suppressing the freezing of the urea aqueous solution.

In this exhaust gas purifying apparatus, a concentration detecting device 60 is disposed in the storage tank 20, and the detected concentration of the urea water is adopted as basic information for the supply control of the reducing agent. Further, a heating device heating the reducing agent in the storage tank 20 and a cooling device cooling this reducing agent are disposed, to heat, preferably, the reducing agent in the vicinity of a detecting section 61 of the concentration detecting device 60 and the reducing agent in the vicinity of an inlet port 12 of a supply pipe 12.

摘要: Mounted on an upper surface of a container main body are a base of a water level indicator detecting a remaining amount of liquid reducing agent, a base of a densitometer detecting concentration of liquid reducing agent, a heat exchanger surrounding detectors of the water level indicator and the densitometer, and circulating engine coolant for heat exchange between liquid reducing agent and engine coolant, and a suction tube for sucking liquid reducing agent from a position adjacent to the bottom of container main body and between water level indicator and densitometer. A box-shaped protector surrounds the water level indicator, densitometer and suction tube which are located in a region adjacent to a lower portion of the heat exchanger. Heat from the heat exchanger is trapped in the protector to generate convection in that region, thereby unfreezing frozen liquid reducing agent around the water level indicator, densitometer and suction tube.
