    Abstract: A container assembly includes a container configured to contain a plurality of individually dispensable goods. The container assembly further includes an adhesive assembly having at least two layers, where a first outermost surface of the at least two layers forms a first adhesive side and a second outermost surface of the at least two layers forms a second adhesive side opposite the first adhesive side. The first adhesive side is configured to adhere to a side of the container and the second adhesive side is configured to adhere to a substrate, the substrate configured to support the container. The adhesive assembly is configured to prevent separation of the container from the substrate during removal of at least one of the plurality of individually dispensable goods.

    Abstract: Packaging roll films and preparation methods thereof are provided. A first transparent adhesive tape layer may be capable of covering a second high-adhesion layer such that the problem caused by the exposed second high-adhesion layer may be solved. The adhesive film and the non-adhesive film may not need to completely cover the second high-adhesion layer during the process. When the roll film is unrolled for packaging an item, the rolling drum may stop rotating at the end of a cycle of the previous packaging section; the item may continue to rotate due to inertia and thereby generate a tension force at the position where a previous packaging section and a latter packaging section are connected. A parting layer may be parted from the second high-adhesion layer, allowing the non-adhesive film on the latter packaging section to be unrolled, and enabling the adhesive film of the previous section to continue wrapping.

    Abstract: Containers are described that allow a consumer to see inside the container and to more easily access the products. One form of the container includes a base member with a lid defining a window. A flexible laminate with a peelable flap portion is attached to the lid to provide access to the products inside. The flexible laminate includes a first film layer laminated to a second film layer. The first film layer includes a first cut line defining a peelable flap portion and the second film layer includes a second cut line offset from the first cut line that defines an opening into the container. First and second reclose surfaces defined between the cut lines on the corresponding film layers include pressure-sensitive adhesive to allow the container to be re-sealed via movement of the peelable flap portion back into engagement with the flexible laminate remaining with the container.

    Abstract: The present disclosure includes various methods of wrapping an item, such as harvested agricultural material, including steps such as unrolling a wrapping material portion from a roll of wrapping material portions, the unrolling starting at a leading end of the wrapping material portion and continuing along a length of the portion towards a trailing end of the portion, each wrapping material portion including a base film, a first adhesive substrate including a bottom adhesive surface attached to a first side of the base film of the wrapping material portion adjacent to the perforation, an outwardly facing first adhesive surface covered by a first release liner with a second adhesive surface facing outwardly and attached to a second side of the base film of the wrapping material portion when on the roll, and further unrolling the wrapping material portion from the roll of wrapping material portions such that the first release liner separates from the first adhesive surface, the first release liner remaining attached to the second side of the base film of the wrapping material portion and the first adhesive surface remaining attached to the first side of the base film of the wrapping material portion. Wrapping material portions may be connected to one another by perforations.

    Abstract: One exemplary embodiment of a method of forming a wrapping web assembly includes the steps of: providing a substantially continuous web of a wrapping material; providing an elongate tape stock comprising an adhesive tape portion having a release surface, and a double sided adhesive tape portion releasably adhered to said release surface; feeding said substantially continuous web of a wrapping material past a laminating station to an accumulator spool adapted to spool said web about an axis transverse its substantially continuous direction; feeding said elongate tape stock to said laminating station and cutting the elongate tape stock into discrete tape assemblies; adhering said discrete tape assemblies substantially transversely in spaced relation on one surface of said web; and spooling said web to said accumulator spool whereby an exposed adhesive layer of the tape assembly adheres in the spool to the other surface of the web.
