The cover includes: a body, the body being cylindrical, and the body including a first end, a second end, and a side surface connecting the first end and the second end; a main flow channel extending along an axis of the body; a plurality of subsidiary flow channels, each of the plurality of subsidiary flow channels being communicated with the main flow channel; a first opening, located at the first end and communicated with the main flow channel; and a plurality of second openings, located at the side surface of the body; each of the plurality of subsidiary flow channels being communicated with at least one of the plurality of second openings.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a system for fracturing operation in oil/gas fields. The disclosed fracturing system is integrated onto a semitrailer that can be conveniently transported to any oil field. The disclosed fracturing system further includes major components needed for delivering high-pressure fracturing fluid into a wellhead, including but not limited to at least one power generation source and at least one plunger pump driven by the at least one power generation source via simple transmission mechanisms utilizing reduction gearbox and/or transmission shafts. The power generation source, in particular, includes a turbine engine capable of being powered by 100% natural gasified liquid fuel. The fracturing system further includes hydraulic and cooling component for serving the various needs for the turbine engine, the reduction gearbox, and the plunger pump, such as lubrication of various moving parts.

摘要: The present invention discloses a reduction gearbox for turbine fracturing with a compact overall structure, a small volume, a light weight and a large transmission ratio, wherein the power is input through a small end gear of the sun wheel axle, slowdown and increased the torque through the engagement between the big end gear of the sun wheel axle and the planetary gear, and output through the planetary carrier. A structure of the planetary gear set with reduced gear size and number is more suitable for the reduction requirement of a turbine engine. It can be observed through an observation hole by opening the cover plate, which is convenient for maintenance. A brake apparatus works with a brake pad so as to promptly stop the equipment in case of emergency to ensure the equipment and personal safety.

摘要: The present invention discloses a power drive system for a fracturing pump, the power drive system for the fracturing pump is driven by a turbine engine, which can use 100% natural gas as a fuel to replace the diesel consumption in diesel engine drive, lowering fuel costs for customers; the turbine engine itself has the advantages of small volume and light weight, greatly decreasing the volume and weight of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; the turbine engine is directly connected to an input end of the reduction gearbox of the fracturing pump, thus simplifying the transmission device between the fracturing pump and the turbine engine, that is, a transmission shaft or a coupling is omitted, greatly shortening the total length of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; in the present invention, the turbine engine is used as the power source, the transmission device is the reduction gearbox equipped on the fracturing pump itself, and the fracturing pump is the actuating element, so that the power drive system for the fracturing pump has a simple structure and is easy for maintenance.
