摘要: A fluid end made of a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is made of a housing having a discharge bore and an intake bore formed therein. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing and between the discharge and intake bores. The fluid routing plug carries seals that engage sealing surfaces formed within the housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear within each housing.

摘要: Frac pumps have liners for a suction manifold that is adapted to provide fluid to a plurality of intake ports of a multi-unit reciprocating pump. The liners comprise a compressible, resilient body. The compressible, resilient body is carried within the suction manifold. When installed in the suction manifold, the body defines a channel extending through the manifold that is adapted to convey fluid from an inlet of the suction manifold to the intake ports of the pump units. The cross-sectional area of the channel diminishes along the direction of flow through the channel.

摘要: A piston pump and a piston motor are provided. The piston pump includes a cylinder body, a piston, a main shaft, an end cover, and an oil dispensing mechanism. The oil dispensing mechanism includes an oil suction mechanism and an oil discharging mechanism. A roller is mounted on the piston, and the roller is rotatablely connected to the piston. A driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and the driving wheel is mounted in cooperation with the main shaft or is integrally formed with the main shaft. A driving groove is formed on the driving wheel, and a roller-path surface of the driving groove is a curved surface. The size of the driving groove is adapted to the size of an outer circle of the roller. The main shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to further drive the piston to move along the cylinder bore.

摘要: A valve assembly for use in a fracturing pump including a valve member movable into and out of engagement with a valve seat body. The valve seat body includes an outer surface and an inner surface, the inner surface forming a fluid bore extending between a first end and a second end of the valve seat body. The body further includes a seating surface extending radially from the inner surface and facing the valve member, the seating surface having a recessed area. An insert is disposed in the recessed area forming at least a portion of the inner surface and at least portion of the seating surface. The valve seat body first end has a diameter different from a diameter valve seat body second. The difference between diameters allows the valve seat body outer surface to be supported by the fluid passageway.

摘要: A low-force, non-displacement, micro/miniature valve and/or pump assembly is provided. A tube component having a first side port coupled to an inlet portion and a second side port coupled to an outlet portion can be selectively moved to alternatively couple the side ports to a first or second piston pump chamber. First and second pistons can be actuated after positioning the tube component to either draw in fluid or push out fluid from either the first or second piston pump chambers during each actuation of the pistons. The fluid can be drawn in from a reservoir and can be expelled to a patient for providing a dose of the fluid to the patient.
