Abstract: A touch display panel includes touch detection electrodes and fingerprint recognition electrodes that share a common electrode layer. The pixel electrodes function as a drive pixel layer to induce capacitive coupling with respect to the fingerprint recognition electrodes, based on which operations of displaying, touch detection, and fingerprint recognition are carried out in a time sharing manner. The touch display panel requires no integration of separately made fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel, and fingerprint detection can be realized with an existing layered structure of the touch display panel to thereby effectively save the manufacturing cost of the touch display device and achieve an effect of integrating a fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel. A touch display device that includes the touch display panel is also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a driving system of display panels. The driving system includes a main board and a display panel. The main board is configured with a driving chip, and the driving chip electrically connects to the display panel via a flexible circuit board to drive the display panel to display. With such configuration, the driving system is configured with the main board and the driving chip, and the driving chip is arranged on the main board, instead of the flexible circuit board. With such configuration, the space of the display area occupied by the components is reduced so as to realize the narrow border design for a top border and a bottom border of the display panel. In this way, the screen ratio of the display panel is increased.

Abstract: A touch display device and an improvement method to a touch display device are disclosed. The improvement method first determines whether the touch display device turns on the touch mode. If yes, image data input to the touch display device is obtained and feature data is extracted from the image data. Then, adjustment or compensation factors are obtained according to the feature data. Grey level compensation sequence is also obtained. The duty cycle of the control signal for the touch display device is adjusted according to the factors and the grey level compensation sequence, so as to improve the display difference for a same grey level image due to the turning on of the touch mode.
