摘要： A sterile-substance-supplying apparatus comprising: an atomization unit including a reservoir unit to reserve hydrogen peroxide, and an ultrasound vibrator to impart ultrasound vibration to the reserved hydrogen peroxide to be atomized; an evaporation unit, provided above the reservoir unit, that heats the atomized hydrogen peroxide to be evaporated; a connecting member connecting the evaporation unit and the atomization unit to each other; a hydrogen-peroxide-supply port to allow the hydrogen peroxide to be supplied to the reservoir unit; a carrier-gas-supply port, provided at the connecting member, that allows carrier gas for allowing the atomized hydrogen peroxide to flow to the evaporation unit to be supplied; and a container portion to reserve a substance for transmitting the ultrasound vibration generated by the ultrasound vibrator, and a metal vibrating plate, provided at a bottom portion of the reservoir unit, that transmits to the hydrogen peroxide the ultrasound vibration transmitted through the substance.

摘要： An electromagnetic displacement control valve in a clutchless type variable displacement compressor is disclosed. The control valve includes a valve body, an electromagnetic driving device, a buffer spring, and an urging spring. The electromagnetic driving device drives the valve body toward a position for closing the valve hole. The buffer spring urges the valve body toward the position for closing the valve hole. The urging spring urges the valve body in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against an elastic urging force of the buffer spring. In a state where no current is supplied to the electromagnetic driving device, the valve body is capable of moving in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against the elastic urging force of the buffer spring.

摘要： A dust collecting apparatus is provided for conveying dusts with the use of a smaller force thus to minimize the size of a conveying means, the consumption of power, and the noise generated by the conveying means. The apparatus includes a dust receiving unit equipped with a rotary brush 3 and a dust collecting unit 5 for collecting the dusts received from the dust receiving unit. The dust collecting unit 5 includes a primary chamber 51 for storing the dusts splashed up by the rotating action of the rotary brush 3 and a secondary chamber 53 connecting via a connection passage with the primary chamber 51. The dusts are intermittently conveyed from the primary chamber 51 to the secondary chamber 53 by the action of an electric fan 9.

摘要： A control valve for a clutch type variable displacement compressor includes a liquid-discharge passage for connecting a second port in communication with a control-pressure chamber of the compressor to a third port in communication with the suction-pressure region of the compressor. Opening and closing the liquid-discharge passage are controlled by movement of a pressure-sensing member of a pressure-sensing mechanism. The pressure-sensing member is placed such that the liquid-discharge passage is opened while pressure equalization inside the compressor at a stop of the compressor is maintained in starting the compressor from its stop state. The pressure-sensing member is moved in a direction which causes the liquid-discharge passage to be closed when a pressure in the suction-pressure region is lowered and reaches a predetermined pressure as the compressor is started.

摘要： A displacing device is incorporated in a displacement control valve. The displacing device includes a first pressure chamber, a second pressure chamber, a second bellows, a transmission rod, and an urging spring. The second pressure chamber communicates with a suction chamber. The interior of the second pressure chamber is a suction pressure zone. When the pressure in the suction pressure zone is less than or equal to a predetermined reference pressure, the transmission rod moves an actuation rod (valve body) to open a valve hole. Therefore, a variable displacement compressor is prevented from operating with a large displacement when there is insufficient amount of refrigerant or when the speed of the compressor is high.

摘要： A torque limiting device for a compressor. An input shaft of the compressor is connected to the torque limiting device so that the power source driving the compressor will not be affected if abnormal conditions cause the compressor to generate an excessive load. A flexible connector is located between the power source and the compressor. The flexible connector is deformed when torque is applied to the compressor input shaft. When the applied torque exceeds a predetermined value, a spring is permitted to expand axially, which uncouples the compressor from the power source. The torque at which the device uncouples is stable and predictable.

摘要： A compressor mounted on a vehicle is disclosed. The compressor includes an apparatus for transmitting rotational power from an engine to drive shaft of the compressor via a pulley. The apparatus has a spring coupled to one of the pulley and the drive shaft. A deformable ring is coupled to the other one of the pulley and the drive shaft. The deformable ring is deformed by heat. The spring and the deformable ring are being held in abutment against each other by the force of the spring so as to transmit the rotational power to each other. A contact ring is interposed between the spring and the deformable ring. The contact ring has a rigidity larger than that of the deformable ring. The spring and the contact ring frictionally contact one another to generate the heat that deform the deformable ring when load generated in the drive shaft is in excess of a predetermined value.
