    摘要： A technique that can simply determine pass/failure of signal interconnects for chipping or cracking of a substrate without increase in the number of manufacturing steps.A display device comprises: a coordinate input device including a transparent substrate having a first signal interconnect disposed in a region outside a detection region corresponding to a contact position, the first signal interconnect having one end connected to the detection electrodes and being formed with a first electrode terminal at the other end thereof, and a flexible interconnect substrate connected to the first electrode terminal; and a display panel for image display based on a video signal from an external system; wherein the coordinate inputting device has a second signal interconnect disposed outside the first signal interconnect but near the peripheral edge of the transparent substrate, the second signal interconnect surrounding the area where the detection region is included and the first signal interconnect is formed, the second signal interconnect being opened at opposite ends thereof and being connected to respective electrode terminals for inspection at the open ends, and wherein the second signal interconnect is formed of a thin conductive film disposed along the peripheral edge portion of the transparent substrate.

Each of the extraction wirings is connected to a terminal corresponding to the each of the extraction wirings, the terminal being formed at one side of the substrate. Provided that adjacent two of the Y electrodes are a first Y electrode and a second Y electrode, another end portion of the first Y electrode and another end portion of the second Y electrode have a coupling capacitance for AC-coupling the another end portion of the first Y electrode and the another end portion of the second Y electrode.

    摘要： A print wire driving device for a wire dot printer includes a plate like member having slots therein. The slots are arranged opposite the cores of a magnetic core block. The cores are arranged in a circle and project from the core block. The slots extend radially from the center of the plate like member. A magnetic driving member is received in each slot so that it pivots therein when acted upon by the magnetic field of a respective magnetic core. A print wire is coupled to each magnetic driving member. Each print wire is guided by a wire guide having a wire nose which receives at its end a wire guide member from which the ends of the print wires extend to print.

A calculation module calculates the power to supply to the adjusting element, from a barometric pressure detected by a barometric pressure sensor. A failure detection module detects failure of the barometric pressure sensor. An unload controller predicts an abnormal dynamic flying height of the head from the failure detected and then instructs the unloading of the head away from the disk.

    摘要： At least one developing device applies toner onto a latent image formed on an image supporter to form a toner image thereon. A belt member is stretched and circulated by a plurality of roller members. The toner image, which is to be secondarily transferred onto a recording medium, is primarily transferred onto the belt member. A fixing device heats the recording medium to fix the secondary transferred toner image thereon. A casing accommodates the image supporter, the developing device, the roller members, the belt member and the fixing device, such that the developing device and the fixing device are partitioned by the belt member, and such that one of the roller members is located at a corner portion of the casing.
