    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure control apparatus for a supercritical fluid in which variation in pressure is small even in measurement in which analysis conditions are changed with time to improve separation and other performance. That is, a pressure control apparatus for a supercritical fluid according to the present invention includes: a valve comprising; a valve chamber provided in a midway of a channel through which a supercritical fluid passes; and an electrically-operated valve element located in the valve chamber; wherein a front end of the valve element fits into the valve chamber when the valve is closed, and it travels backward when the valve is opened; a pressure detection member for detecting the pressure of the supercritical fluid in the channel on an upstream or downstream side of the valve chamber; an open/close control member for controlling the pressure detected by the pressure detection member to be a target pressure; and a valve-opening rate adjustment member for adjusting the valve-opening rate when the valve is opened based on the state of the supercritical fluid.

    摘要: There is provided a sample collection container, a sample collection apparatus, and a sample collection method used in a supercritical fluid system capable of collecting a multi-constituent sample contained in a supercritical fluid at low cost and high collection efficiency. The pressure of a supercritical fluid containing a sample is reduced to a pressure close to the atmospheric pressure, and the depressurized supercritical fluid is forced to undergo adiabatic expansion to form gas-phase CO2 containing a liquid component in the form of aerosol. The gas-phase CO2 is fractionated for each constituent of the contained sample, transferred to a probe 60 of Liquid Handler, and dispensed into a large number of collection vials 300 under the atmospheric pressure, each of which is provided with a vial cap 100. The aerosol-containing gas-phase CO2 is sprayed through the tip of an introduction tube 210 provided in each of the vial cap 100 in a direction downwardly-inclined from the tangential direction along an inner circumferential surface 308 of the corresponding collection vial 300, and swirls and falls in the collection vial 300. In this process, the liquid component containing the sample collides with the inner circumferential surface 308 and is trapped thereon, whereas the gas-phase CO2 is discharged out of a discharge hole 109 in the vial cap 100.

    摘要: There is provided a sample collection container, a sample collection apparatus, and a sample collection method used in a supercritical fluid system capable of collecting a multi-constituent sample contained in a supercritical fluid at low cost and high collection efficiency.     摘要: A spectrometer slit switching mechanism includes a slit plate having a plurality of entrance slits and exit slits formed at prescribed positions, parallel support rods for supporting the slit plate so as to be movable along the support rods, a screw portion formed on at least one support rod for transmitting forced to the slit plate, and a driving motor for transmitting rotational energy to the support rod provided with the screw portion, wherein the entrance slits are arranged on a line that runs parallel to the direction of movement of the slit plate and the exit slits are arranged on a line that is both parallel to and spaced a prescribed distance from the line on which the entrance slits are arranged. In accordance with this structure, the driving motor is operated in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions to raise and lower the slit plate in order to align a desired entrance slit and exit slit with the light path of the spectrometer. Also, after the desired slits have been positioned and the driving motor is stopped, the slit plate is prevented from moving downwards by the engagement of the slit plate with the screw portion of the support rod, and this eliminates the need for an excitation current to be supplied to the driving motor.

    摘要: A lamp unit is provided with a projecting portion on the inner wall of the lamphouse in the vicinity of the arc portion. The lamphouse is ventilated by the van provided at one end of the lamphouse and the vent provided at the other end. The inner diameter of the lamphouse at the arc portion provided with the projecting portion is smaller than that of both end portions, so that the flow velocity of the air passing through the lamphouse is higher in the vicinity of the arc portion, which produces a heat of a high temperature. Even if the lamp is horizontally installed, which lowers the heat dissipation efficiency, since the lamp is adequately air-cooled, an extreme temperature rise is prevented. The lamphouse is removeably mounted, and the lamp is mounted in a cartridge. The cartridge may be inserted into the lamphouse for replacement of the lamp.

A through hole having an inside diameter of 1.0 mm is made in a hexagonal member similar in shape to a pipe joint. A part of the hexagonal member is cut away to form a flat surface such that the distance to the outside periphery of the through hole is 0.5 mm to serve as a strain-measurement strain gauge attaching surface. One strain gauge is attached to the center of the strain-measurement strain gauge attaching surface, and two strain gauges are attached for temperature correction, one on the same surface as the strain-measurement strain gauge attaching surface and the other on an outside surface of the hexagonal member.
