摘要: An inorganic particle-polysiloxane composite comprising inorganic particles having a polysiloxane containing SiR2R3O2/2 and SiR4R5R6O1/2 units grafted to their surface is prepared without mechanical treatment. The inorganic particles have an average particle size of 1-200 nm, the polysiloxane may be bonded to the inorganic particle surface via a siloxane coating layer containing SiR1O3/2 units, and a total of siloxane constituents is 20-20,000 pbw per 100 pbw of the inorganic particles. R1 to R5 are H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or dimethylsiloxy group, and R6 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, dimethylsiloxy, alkoxy or hydroxyl group. The inorganic particle-polysiloxane composite is dispersible in silicone oil, and so a transparent functional silicone material is obtained.

摘要: Provided are polysiloxane structure-containing rubber particles and composite particles having a high dispersibility and degradability; and production methods thereof. The rubber particles are comprised of a copolymer having a polyester structure and an organopolysiloxane structure, wherein the copolymer is a hydrosilylation crosslinked product of (A) a polyester having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups per molecule; and (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule. The composite particles are those with the surfaces of these rubber particles being coated with polyorganosilsesquioxane or silica.

摘要: A method for photo-hardening a silicone rubber surface, the method comprising a step (A) in which a surface of a molded silicone rubber is irradiated using, for example, a xenon excimer lamp with vacuum ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 200 nm or less at an irradiation energy in the range of 10-3,000 mJ/cm2, thereby forming an oxide layer in the irradiated portion by photooxidation and thus hardening the portion. According to the method, it is possible to harden the surface of the silicon rubber into a wear-resistant surface without causing a change in gloss and while keeping the rubbery feeling intact. It is also possible to improve the oil infiltration resistance of the rubber.

摘要: An addition reaction-curable silicone emulsion composition containing a water-soluble silane coupling agent (I) and an organopolysiloxane (II) having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule thereof, where the water-soluble silane coupling agent (I) has at least one group selected from among a succinic anhydride group, a quaternary ammonium group, and a ureido group, and 1 part by mass or more of the water-soluble silane coupling agent (I) is contained relative to 100 parts by mass of the organopolysiloxane (II). This provides: a silicone emulsion composition that gives a cured film adhering well to plastic film substrates regardless of the type, while having suitable release properties regarding adhesives; and a delamination film made by forming a cured film of the silicone emulsion composition.
