A method and an apparatus for easily setting a snooze interval in a mobile device are provided. In the method, the mobile device receives an event for setting a snooze function, outputs, when receiving the event, a plurality of display regions respectively corresponding to a plurality of snooze intervals, and selects one display region of the plurality display regions. Then the mobile device sets the snooze function with a specific snooze interval corresponding to the selected one display region.

An electronic device is provided, including a housing, a side member, a display, a printed circuit board (PCB), and a communication device. The housing includes a first plate facing a first direction and a second plate facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, forming a space between the first and second plates. The side member surrounds at least part of the space. The communication device is disposed in the housing and connected with the PCB. The side member includes a first antenna unit disposed on one side of the electronic device, electrically connected with a radio frequency (RF) module, and having a first metal frame. The housing further includes a board-type antenna which includes a second antenna unit electrically connected with a WiFi module, an antenna connector configured to electrically connect the first and second antenna units, and a third antenna unit electrically connected with the antenna connector.

A method of providing pressure and an electronic device adapted thereto is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a touch panel with a number of electrodes, placed on the display, a processor electrically connected to the display and the touch panel, and a memory electrically connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions which enable the processor to receive a user input applied to at least part of the touch panel, add changes in capacitance formed among at least part of the electrodes, in response to the user input, and determine a level of pressure of the user input against the touch panel, based on a sum of capacitance changes. A mobile device and a method for offering query recommendations on the basis of a background application are provided. In the method, the mobile device analyzes the background application when a search window is activated. Then the mobile device receives a search query entered in the search window, compares the received search query with information about the analyzed background application, and derives the query recommendations for the received search query, based on a result of the comparing. When a user's input for selecting one of the query recommendations is received, the mobile device displays the selected query recommendation in the search window.
