摘要: Disclosed is a touch sensor that includes a support layer including a touch area and a non-touch area surrounding the touch area, a sensing electrode part disposed on the support layer and in the touch area, and an insulating layer disposed in the touch area and a portion of the non-touch area. The insulating layer has a trench disposed along a perimeter of the touch area in the non-touch area. Also disclosed is a display device that includes the touch sensor and a method of manufacturing the touch sensor.

A signal processor is configured to detect touch input, based on differential output values of the analog front-ends. The driving signal generator provides the driving signals to the driving electrodes while avoiding a period in which a pulse of a vertical synchronization signal defining start of the frame is generated.

摘要: A display device includes a touch screen panel folded based on a folding axis, and at least one touch electrode on the folding axis. Each of the touch electrodes on the folding axis may include a graphene layer, a metal mesh layer, and an adhesion metal mesh layer. The grapheme layer may be along the folding axis on a transparent substrate. The first metal mesh layer may be on the transparent substrate to adhere to a lateral surface of the first graphene layer. The first adhesion metal mesh layer may be on a boundary portion between the first graphene layer and the first metal mesh layer.

摘要: An input sensing device includes driving electrodes and sensing electrodes, and an analog front-end which processes sensing signals from the sensing electrodes to output a differential output value. The analog front-end includes a first charge amplifier which differentially amplifies first and second sensing signals from two sensing electrodes to first and second input terminals, thus outputting first and second differential signals through first and second output terminals, a second charge amplifier which differentially amplifies the first and second differential signals, thus outputting third and fourth differential signals, a first demodulation circuit which filters the first and second differential signals in a first mode and filters each of the third and fourth differential signals in a second mode, and a first analog-to-digital converter which outputs a first sensing value based on at least one output signal of the first demodulation circuit.

摘要: An input sensing device includes a first base layer, a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a plurality of second sensing electrodes, a plurality of third sensing electrodes, and a plurality of fourth sensing electrodes. The first sensing electrodes are arranged on the first base layer along a first direction. The second sensing electrodes are arranged on the first base layer in different rows from the first sensing electrodes. The third sensing electrodes are arranged on the second sensing electrodes along a second direction different from the first direction. The third sensing electrodes overlap the second sensing electrodes. The fourth sensing electrodes are arranged on the same layer as the third sensing electrodes and overlap the first sensing electrodes. A constant voltage is applied to the third sensing electrodes during a touch pressure sensing operation.
