A top surface of the first insulating layer includes a first top surface of the first portion, a second top surface of the second portion, and a connecting surface of the third portion. The first top surface of the first portion is higher than the second top surface of the second portion. The connecting surface connects the first top surface and the second top surface with each other and is sloped.
