摘要: An organic light-emitting display device is provided. The organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate, a thin-film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate, an overcoat layer disposed on the TFT, a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer and including a lower electrode layer, an intermediate electrode layer, which is disposed on the lower electrode layer, and an upper electrode layer, which is disposed on the intermediate electrode layer, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer, wherein the first electrode includes a first area in which the lower electrode layer, the intermediate electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked and a second area in which the lower electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked.

摘要: The present inventive concept relates to a display device.A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept include: a base layer including a plurality of islands in which a pixel is disposed, a plurality of bridges disposed around each of the plurality of islands, a plurality of first wires disposed in a bridge of the plurality of bridges connected to the pixel is disposed; an inorganic insulating layer disposed on the base layer and having an opening exposing a portion of the bridge; and an organic material layer covering the opening, wherein adjacent islands of the plurality of islands are connected to each other through at least the bridge of the plurality of bridges, and the plurality of first wires are disposed on the organic material layer.
