    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device is provided. The organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate, a thin-film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate, an overcoat layer disposed on the TFT, a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer and including a lower electrode layer, an intermediate electrode layer, which is disposed on the lower electrode layer, and an upper electrode layer, which is disposed on the intermediate electrode layer, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer, wherein the first electrode includes a first area in which the lower electrode layer, the intermediate electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked and a second area in which the lower electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate which includes non-emission regions and emission regions, a first electrode which is formed on each of the emission regions of the substrate, an organic light-emitting layer which is formed on the first electrode, a second electrode which is formed on the organic light-emitting layer and the substrate and a passivation layer which is formed on the second electrode. The passivation layer includes a first passivation layer which substantially overlaps the organic light-emitting layer and a second passivation layer which does not overlap the organic light-emitting layer, wherein the refractive index of the first passivation layer is higher than the refractive index of the second passivation layer.

A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept include: a base layer including a plurality of islands in which a pixel is disposed, a plurality of bridges disposed around each of the plurality of islands, a plurality of first wires disposed in a bridge of the plurality of bridges connected to the pixel is disposed; an inorganic insulating layer disposed on the base layer and having an opening exposing a portion of the bridge; and an organic material layer covering the opening, wherein adjacent islands of the plurality of islands are connected to each other through at least the bridge of the plurality of bridges, and the plurality of first wires are disposed on the organic material layer.
