Abstract: Provided is a gate driving circuit comprising an N-th stage and an N+1-th stage. The N-th stage outputs an N-th scan gate signal based on an N-th scan clock signal, a voltage of a QN node, and a voltage of a QBN node and to output an N-th carry signal based on an N-th carry clock signal, the voltage of the QN node, and the voltage of the QBN node. The N+1-th stage outputs an N+1-th scan gate signal based on an N+1-th scan clock signal, a voltage of a QN+1 node, and the voltage of the QBN node and an N+1-th carry signal based on an N+1-th carry clock signal, the voltage of the QN+1 node, and the voltage of the QBN node. The N-th stage and the N+1-th stage share an inverting circuit. The inverting circuit controls the QBN node based on a third signal. N is a positive integer.

Abstract: A display apparatus with improved aperture ratio and light transmittance is presented. The apparatus has a pixel group that includes a first pixel including first and second sub-regions, a second pixel including third and fourth sub-regions, and a third pixel including fifth and sixth sub-regions. The first, second, and third pixels are sequentially arranged in a first direction and at least two sub-regions of the first, third, and fifth sub-regions have different widths in the first direction. The second, fourth, and sixth sub-regions are sequentially arranged in the first direction, and at least one sub-region of the second, fourth, and sixth sub-regions expands toward an adjacent sub-region in the first direction and has a width greater than a width of the other sub-regions of the second, fourth, and sixth sub-regions in the same pixel group.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes first and second sub-pixels charged with the same voltage during a first period. The voltage charged in the second sub-pixel is decreased after the first period. Since the voltage level of the first sub-pixel is different from the voltage level of the second sub-pixel after the first period, liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the first sub-pixel are aligned in a direction different from that of liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the second sub-pixel. Thus, a side viewing angle of the liquid crystal display is improved.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, first to third transistors, a storage capacitor, and a first capacitor. The second transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first scan signal, a first electrode receiving a data signal, and a second electrode connected to a first electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a second scan signal, a first electrode connected to a second electrode of the first transistor, and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode receiving a power voltage and a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The first capacitor includes a first electrode connected to the gate electrode of the third transistor and a second electrode receiving the power voltage.

Abstract: An OLED display device includes a pixel having a switching transistor turned on by a scan signal received from a scan line and which transmits a data signal received from a data line to a first node, a driving transistor connected between the first node and a second node and through which a driving current corresponding to the data signal flows, a storage capacitor including one end connected to a power supply and another end connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, an OLED emitting light by the driving current, and a light emission control transistor connected between the second node and an anode of the OLED and which is turned on by an light emission control signal and transmits the driving current to the OLED. The switching transistor may be an n-type transistor, and the light emission control transistor is a p-type transistor.
