    Abstract: An optical device includes: a light guide plate receiving, for each of N types of wavelength bands, a plurality of parallel light beams with different incident angles each corresponding to view angles, and guiding the received parallel light beams; a first and a second volume hologram gratings of reflection type having a diffraction configuration which includes N types of interference fringes each corresponding to the N types of wavelength bands, and diffracting/reflecting the parallel light beams. The optical device satisfies for each wavelength band, a relationship of ‘P>L’, where ‘L’ represents a central diffraction wavelength in the first and second volume hologram gratings, defined for a parallel light beam corresponding to a central view angle, and ‘P’ represents a peak wavelength of the parallel light beams.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a display control device, a display control method, and a recording medium capable of performing more reliable stereoscopic viewing. Whether or not a condition for generating erroneous fusion on a presented image is satisfied on the basis of the display mode of a plurality of display objects arranged side by side in one direction on the presented image at the time of displaying the presented image presented in three-dimensional space. The presented image is expressed by an image for a right eye and an image for a left eye for stereoscopic viewing by using fusion in which the image for a right eye and the image for a left eye are superimposed and recognized as one image. Then, control of applying a predetermined effect to display of the presented image is performed on the basis of the determination result. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a stereoscopic display system using a head-mounted display.

    Abstract: There is provided an information processing apparatus capable of presenting an object that is easy to be in a fusion state where connection is natural regardless of a distance, an information processing method, and a recording medium. In the information processing apparatus, a left-eye image and a right-eye image are output to acquire position information of an object in a depth direction to be perceived by a user, and a luminance correction region to be subjected to luminance correction is set to at least one of a first display region that is included in a display region for the left-eye image and overlaps a display region for the right-eye image, or a second display region that is included in the display region for the right-eye image and overlaps the display region for the left-eye image on the basis of the position information. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a transmissive HMD.
