    摘要: Provided is a silicone rubber composition suited for use as a key pad having excellent dynamic fatigue durability (keying durability) and a silicone rubber key pad obtained by curing molding of the composition.A silicone rubber composition for making a key pad includes: (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane represented by the following average compositional formula (1): R1nSiO(4-n)/2  (1) wherein R1 is each independently the same or different and are an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and letter n is a positive number of 1.95 to 2.04, and having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule; (B) 10 to 100 parts by weight of reinforcing silica having a specific surface area of at least 50 m2/g when determined by BET method; (C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl group-containing alkoxysilane; (D) 0.0001 to 0.2 part by weight of hydrochloric acid, calculated as hydrogen chloride in hydrochloric acid; (E) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester and/or a fatty alcohol ester; and (F) an effective amount of a curing agent.

    摘要: The present invention is a polyolefin rubber composition containing: 100 parts by mass of (A) an ethylene-α-olefin-unconjugated polyene random copolymer; 1-100 parts by mass of (B) an organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 20 or higher and having 0 or 1-3 alkenyl groups per molecule, the organopolysiloxane being represented by the following average compositional formula (1): RaSiO(4-a)/2 (in the formula, R represents the same or different monovalent hydrocarbon groups, and a is a positive number of 1.95-2.05); 10-100 parts by mass of (C) reinforcing silica having a specific surface area of 50 m2/g or higher by the BET method with respect to 100 total parts by mass of components (A) and (B); and 1-150 parts by mass of (D) particles selected from the group consisting of specific organic resin particles, inorganic particles, and silicone powder particles. This polyolefin rubber composition can be compression molded, steam vulcanized, etc., exhibits surface slidability after curing, does not undergo reduction in mechanical properties, and has exceptional blocking resistance.

    摘要: A UV curable silicone rubber composition is provided. The composition does not undergo curing failure, foaming, and other undesirable conditions even if a water-containing inorganic filler such as zeolite were added. A UV curable silicone rubber composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 alkenyl groups per molecule represented by the average compositional formula (I): R1aSiO(4-a)/2 (I) (wherein R1 is independently a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a is a positive number of 1.95 to 2.05); (B) 1 to 300 parts by weight of an inorganic filler having a water content of at least 0.5% by weight; (C) 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least 2 silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; and (D) a catalytic amount of a photoactive platinum complex curing catalyst.

    摘要: The present invention provides: a transparent desiccant for organic EL that is a cured product of an organopolysiloxane composition that contains (A) an alkenyl-group-containing organopolysiloxane including a linear organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule, (B) formula (I) HaRbSiO(4-a-b)/2  (I) (in the formula, R is a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group, a is 0.001-1.0, and b is 0.7-2.1), and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, the number of mol Y of silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms (mol) in component (B) satisfying the formula 0.002 (mol)≤(Y−X)≤0.8 (mol) relative to the number of mol X of silicon-atom-bonded alkenyl groups (mol) in component (A); and a method for using the transparent desiccant. The present invention can provide a transparent desiccant for organic EL that is highly transparent, is capable of top emission, has low shrinkage growth, suppresses loss of an element light-emitting portion, has an effect for suppressing the short-circuit phenomenon, and has exceptional defoaming properties in the material curing process.

    摘要: This silicone adhesive sheet, which has ultraviolet ray shielding properties and is for sealing a solar cell, and which forms a silicone adhesive layer contacting a back surface panel in a solar cell module provided with a light-receiving surface panel, a back surface panel, a silicone adhesive layer contacting both surface panels, and a plurality of solar cells that are sealed by being interposed between both adhesive layers, is characterized by imparting a light transmission rate of no greater than 30% when measuring the light transmission rate at a wavelength of 380 nm to a cured product having a thickness of 2 mm. The silicone adhesive sheet is of a millable type able to capable of extrusion molding, calendering molding, and the like, and modularization using a vacuum laminator is possible of a laminate of a light-receiving surface panel, a silicone adhesive sheet, a solar cell, the silicone adhesive sheet of the present invention, and a back surface panel (back sheet).
