Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first antenna and a second antenna. The electronic device includes power supply circuitry. The electronic device includes a first front end module (FEM) including a switch, a power amplifier (PA) connected to the power supply circuitry through the switch to obtain a transmit (Tx) power of a first wireless signal transmitted through the first antenna based on a voltage from the power supply circuitry, and a control circuitry. The electronic device includes a second FEM including a PA connected to the power supply circuitry to obtain a Tx power of a second wireless signal transmitted through the second antenna based on the voltage from the power supply circuitry. The control circuitry is configured to obtain a signal indicating whether the PA in the first FEM connected to the power supply circuitry through the switch is at least partially damaged. The control circuitry is configured to control the switch to disconnect the power supply circuitry from the PA in the first FEM, in response to the signal indicating that the PA in the first FEM is at least partially damaged.

Abstract: An example portable electronic device can include: a first antenna, a second antenna, and a third antenna; a first RFFE, a second RFFE, and a third RFFE which are configured to pre-process an RF signal; a first conductive wiring; a first switch including a (1-1)th terminal connected to the first antenna, a (1-2)th terminal connected to one end of the first conductive wiring, and a (1-3)th terminal connected to the first RFFE; a second switch including a (2-1)th terminal connected to the second antenna, a (2-2)th terminal connected to the third antenna, a (2-3)th terminal connected to the second RFFE, a (2-4)th terminal connected to the third RFFE, and a (2-5)th terminal connected to the other end of the first conductive wiring; an RFIC configured to convert RF signals inputted from the first RFFE, the second RFFE, and the third RFFE into a baseband signal, and convert the baseband signal into an RF signal so as to output the RF signal to the first RFFE; and a communication processor configured to control the first switch so as to sequentially connect the (1-3)th terminal to the (1-1)th terminal and the (1-2)th terminal when the portable electronic device operates in a first transmission mode for transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) to the wireless communication network by using the first RFFE, and control the second switch so as to sequentially connect the (2-1)th terminal and the (2-2)th terminal to the (2-5)th terminal while the (1-2)th terminal is connected to the (1-3)th terminal.

Abstract: In communication circuitry and/or an electronic device including such communication circuitry, the communication circuitry may include: a transmission chain which outputs a transmission signal through an antenna; a reception chain which receives a receiving signal through the antenna; a transceiver electrically connected to the transmission chain and/or the reception chain; a coupler which transmits a portion of the transmission signal transmitted between the transmission chain and/or the reception chain and the antenna to the transceiver; and a switch electrically connected to the coupler, wherein the switch may connect the coupler to one circuit of a matching circuit for impedance matching of the coupler and an impedance of the coupler according to a time specified to output the transmission signal or a time specified to receive the reception signal and a mismatching circuit for mismatching of the coupler. Various other embodiments may be possible.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a package structure capable of allowing a shield used for noise attenuation to be used for other purposes, in an electronic device in which components are arranged at high density, and an operation method for preventing/reducing noise radiation or detecting in advance defects in a manufacturing process using the same. The package may include: a ground pad and at least one shield pad connected to the printed circuit board, a laminated structure comprising a plurality of laminated ground layers electrically connected to the ground pad by at least one via hole, at least one electronic component disposed on an uppermost surface of the plurality of laminated ground layers, a shield covering the at least one electronic component, wherein the at least one component is not exposed to the outside, and at least one switch device comprising a switch including a first terminal electrically connected to the shield through a first conductor wiring, a second terminal electrically connected to one of the plurality of ground layers through a second conductor wiring, and a third terminal electrically connected to the shield pad through a third conductor wiring and disposed on the uppermost surface and configured to selectively connect the first terminal to the second terminal or the third terminal wherein the shield is connected to one of the one ground layer or the shield pad.
