The accelerometer includes an encapsulation structure provided with an accommodation space; a MEMS chip for detecting acceleration signal accommodated in the accommodation space; an ASIC chip received in the accommodation space. The ASIC chip includes a signal processing module connected to MEMS chip for processing the acceleration signal detected by the MEMS chip and outputting the processed acceleration signal. The accelerometer further includes a temperature detection module for detecting temperature signal and outputting the temperature signal.

The perovskite hybrid photodetector provides low dark-current densities and high external-quantum efficiencies, resulting in a photodetector with enhanced photoresponsivity and detectivity. Advantageously, the perovskite hybrid photodetector may be prepared by solution processing, and is compatible with large-scale manufacturing techniques.

    摘要: Disclosed is a common antenna for near field communication (NFC) and frequency modulation (FM). The common antenna comprises an antenna coil. The antenna feed line ends of the antenna coil are connected to an NFC matching circuit and an FM matching circuit, respectively. According to the disclosure, the antenna coil is connected to the NFC matching circuit and the FM matching circuit, respectively, so as to realize that the antenna is shared by the NFC and the FM, thereby reducing the costs, saving the space, and improving the product competitiveness.

    摘要: A lateral Metal-Semiconductor-Metal (MSM) Photodetector (PD) is based on amorphous selenium (a-Se). It has low dark current, high photoconductive gain towards short wavelengths, and high speed of operation up to several KHz. From processing point of view, a lateral structure is more attractive due to ease of fabrication as well as compatibility with conventional thin-film transistor (TFT) processes. The lateral a-Se MSM PD therefore has potentials in a variety of optical sensing applications particularly in indirect X-ray imaging utilizing scintillators and ultraviolet (UV) imaging for life sciences.
