    摘要: A hydraulic braking system for a vehicle includes a master brake cylinder, a hydraulic unit and a plurality of wheel brakes, the hydraulic unit including at least one brake circuit for brake pressure modulation in the wheel brakes. A bistable solenoid valve is associated with at least one wheel brake, which valve is looped into the corresponding fluid channel, immediately upstream of the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized open position enables brake pressure modulation in the associated wheel brake, and in a de-energized closed position seals a current brake pressure in the associated wheel brake, wherein a hydraulic force brought about by the sealed-in brake pressure acts in a seat-opening manner in the corresponding bistable solenoid valve.

    摘要: In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a mechanical locking device is formed between a guide assembly and a valve armature or tappet. The mechanical locking device releases the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless closed position such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and presses the closing element into the valve seat to seal and fastens the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial locking position such that the closing element lifts from the valve seat. The valve armature includes a main-stage armature having a first surface to which pressure is applied and a preliminary-stage armature having a smaller, second surface to which pressure is applied. The preliminary-stage armature is mounted axially movably in the main-stage armature and interacts with a preliminary-stage seat by means of a preliminary-stage closing element.

    摘要: An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system has a pinion, an internal gear and a separating piece which is arranged between the pinion and the internal gear. The internal gear pump also has an inner part and an outer part, and separates a suction chamber from a pressure chamber. The separating piece is configured to protrude counter to a rotational direction of the internal gear pump beyond a sealing point of the inner part on the outer part such that the inner part and the outer part bear in front of the sealing point against at least one tooth tip of a tooth of the pinion and of the internal gear of the internal gear pump. As a result, tilting of the inner part and of the outer part away from the pinion and from the internal gear about the sealing point is avoided.

The spring acts between the pole core and the armature in order to push the closing element into the valve seat. The closing element interacts with the armature. A prestressing force of the spring causes a deformation of the elastic component, which is positioned between the armature and the pole core, such that an impact of the armature on the pole core is damped via a regression of the deformation of the elastic component.
