摘要: A wireless receiver includes a radio frequency (RF) receiving unit and a baseband receiving unit. A first path of the RF receiving includes a first filter, and is arranged for receiving an input RF signal and generating a first baseband input signal; a second path is arranged for receiving the input RF signal and generating a second baseband input signal. The baseband receiving unit is arranged for receiving the first baseband input signal and the second baseband input signal to generate a baseband decoded signal. One of the first path and the second path is an in-phase path, and the other is a quadrature-phase path. When the RF receiving unit operates in a first mode, the RF receiving unit only uses the first path to receive the input RF signal.

摘要: A method of determining CCA (clear channel assessment) policy, applied in a communication system including multiple devices, is provided. The method includes the following steps: the devices broadcasting multiple policy indications, in which the devices include a coordinating device, multiple neighboring devices and multiple local client devices, the local client devices associate with the coordinating device to form a network, and the neighboring devices operate within at least one neighboring network; the coordinating device obtaining multiple neighboring policy indications from multiple neighboring frames transmitted by the neighboring devices; and the coordinating device determining whether to change a coordinating policy indication corresponding to the coordinating device according to the neighboring policy indications. A policy indication of a device indicates a policy among multiple CCA policies. The CCA policies include a first policy and a second policy, and the first policy is less sensitive to a sensed signal than the second policy.

摘要: A transmitter operating in a communication system is provided. The transmitter includes an encoding circuit and a modulation circuit. The transmitter is configured to generate multiple encoded bits according to an encoding relationship, in which the encoding relationship is corresponding to a code rate and a minimum distance, and the minimum distance is greater than a reciprocal of the code rate. The modulation circuit is configured to generate a transmission signal according to the encoded bits, such that the encoded bits are transmitted over multiple subcarriers, and each encoded bit is transmitted via a subcarrier. The encoding relationship is corresponding to multiple output codewords, and the minimum distance represents a minimum Hamming distance between two distinct output codewords. One of the output codewords includes the encoded bits.

摘要: A cooperative precoding method, applied in a communication system comprising a coordinating device and multiple serving stations, is provided. The cooperative precoding method includes the following steps: the coordinating device obtaining multiple carrier frequency offset (CFO) parameters of the serving stations with respect to a user device; generating multiple cooperative encoded sequences; assigning the cooperative encoded sequences to the serving stations, respectively, according to an order of the plurality of CFO parameters; and the plurality of serving stations transmitting the cooperative encoded sequences, respectively, to the user device. Each cooperative encoded sequence is transmitted over multiple subcarriers.
