    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for implementing a power harvesting protocol at a network entity and a channel engineering device (CED) of a wireless communication network. In some aspects, the network entity and the CED may implement a power harvesting protocol that includes power harvesting capabilities and configuration signaling to support power harvesting at the CED. The CED may provide a power harvesting capabilities message to the network entity that includes a parameter that indicates capabilities for power harvesting at the CED. The network entity may respond with a power harvesting configuration message to configure the CED for power harvesting. After configuration of the CED, the network entity may transmit dedicated and non-dedicated (or opportunistic) power harvesting signals to the CED for use by the CED for power harvesting. The dedicated and non-dedicated power harvesting signals may be periodic or aperiodic.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a wireless communication device, a first Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) transmission during a first slot. The method further includes transmitting, by the wireless communication device, at least a second SSB transmission during the first slot, the second and all other optional SSB transmissions on the first slot carry the same data as the first SSB transmission.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a first set of signal strength metrics for signal strengths of transmit beams of a base station using receive beams of the UE. The UE may identify a second set of signal strength metrics for signal strengths of transmit beams of the UE using receive beams of the UE. The UE may transmit an indication of the first set of signal strength metrics and the second set of signal strength metrics to the base station. The UE may communicate with the base station based at least in part on the indication.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a base station to transmit a feedback configuration to a user equipment (UE) indicating a subcarrier spacing and a length of a cyclic prefix (CP) that the UE is to use to transmit feedback associated with a second frequency band (e.g., a high frequency band) using a first frequency band (e.g., a low frequency band). The UE may monitor the second frequency band for downlink messages transmitted by the base station and transmit a feedback message accordingly using the indicated subcarrier spacing and applying a CP having the indicated length.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to beam management in multi-stream communication between a radio access network (RAN) entity and a user equipment (UE). The RAN entity may transmit a plurality of transmit beams from a plurality of transmission and reception points (TRPs) associated with the RAN entity to the UE. For each of the transmit beams, the UE may obtain a beam quality metric on each of a plurality of receive beams of the UE during a measurement period (e.g., in parallel or serially) to generate a respective beam quality metric vector for each of the transmit beams. The UE can then transmit a beam report including the respective beam quality metric vector for each of the transmit beams to the RAN entity. The RAN entity may then select at least two beam pair links, each associated with a respective TRP, for spatial division multiplexing of at least two streams to the UE based on the beam report.
