    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, over a first frequency band, a first vehicle safety message indicating location information of a second wireless device. The UE may perform, with the second wireless device over a second frequency band that differs from the first frequency band, a beam sweeping procedure using a first subset of beams from a plurality of available beams to determine one or more beams of the first subset of beams to be used for communication with the second wireless device, each beam of the first subset of beams being oriented at least partially in a direction corresponding to the location information of the second wireless device. The UE may communicate, over the second frequency band, one or more messages with the second wireless device used the one or more beams of the first subset of beams.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support enhanced Basic Safety Message (BSM) reporting. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a wireless communication device, a C-V2X message from another wireless communication device; and transmitting, by the wireless communication device, a safety message including path history information responsive to determining a path history information trigger condition is satisfied based on the C-V2X message.     Abstract: A configuration for virtual sensing via sensor sharing for C-V2X scheduling. The apparatus receives, from a first wireless device, a message indicating a threat entity within a threat zone. The threat entity transmits data that interferes with transmission of BSMs. The apparatus determines a candidate resource of a set of candidate resources on which to transmit a BSM based at least in part on the message indicating information related to the threat entity from the first wireless device.     Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for sidelink synchronization source selection. For example, a method for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) may include transmitting, from the UE to a target UE, a message including information associated with a first synchronization reference source associated with the UE. The method may include receiving, at the UE from the target UE in response to the message, a response message including an indication of whether the target UE can use the first synchronization reference source for sidelink positioning. The method can further include determining, at the UE based on the response message, whether to use the first synchronization reference source or a different synchronization reference source as a master synchronization reference source for the sidelink positioning.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for detecting one or more timing errors. For example, a system can receive, from a navigation system, navigation timestamp information at a first instance and a second instance.
