Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support selection and quantization of time domain coefficients through an extended eType-II codebook. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes measuring, by a user equipment (UE), a bundle of channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS) to determine channel quality information across a spatial domain, a frequency domain, and a time domain. The UE generates a first bitmap identifying a first plurality of non-zero coefficients (NZCs) selected to represent a first CSI for the spatial domain and the frequency domain, and a second bitmap identifying a second plurality of NZCs selected to represent a second CSI for the time domain. The UE would then transmit one or more CSI reports including one or both of the first bitmap and the second bitmap. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: In an aspect, a BS is configured as a serving cell of a UE. The BS transmits data to the UE in accordance with a frequency hopping scheme over a first set of T-F resources of a first BWP and a second set of T-F resources of a second BWP. The BS (or another BS) further transmits, to the UE over a third BWP that is different than the second BWP, a PDCCH including a PI field with a PI associated with the transmitted data over the second set of T-F resources of the second BWP. The UE receives the data and the PDCCH. The UE processes the received data over (at least) the second set of T-F resources based on the PI.

In a wireless communications system. a user equipment (UE) may receive. from a base station, control signaling indicating a quasi co-location (QCL) configuration associated with multiple-input multiple output (MIMO) communications within a distance threshold from the base station. In some cases, the UE may receive. from the base station, an indication of a downlink transmission associated with the QCL configuration within the distance threshold. The UE may select a beam to receive the downlink transmission within the distance threshold based on the QCL configuration. In some cases. the UE may receive multiple repetitions of the downlink transmission using corresponding antenna combining weight configurations, and the UE may determine a beam weight configuration for the beam to receive the downlink transmission based on receiving the multiple repetitions of the downlink transmission.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support reducing a time domain selectivity of a downlink channel with multiple signal paths. A base station may spatially precode multiple channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) and transmit the spatially precoded CSI-RSs to a user equipment (UE), where at least one spatially precoded CSI-RS may correspond to each signal path. Based on the spatially precoded CSI-RSs, the UE may determine a mean or average Doppler shift for each signal path. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicative of the respective average Doppler shifts for each signal path. Based on the indication of the Doppler shifts, the base station may spatially and temporally precode one or more downlink transmissions to the UE, which may reduce the time domain selectivity of the downlink channel.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for propagation delay compensation (PDC). In some systems, a network entity and a group of user equipment (UEs) may support a group-based PDC procedure according to which the network entity may provide group-based PDC information to the group of UEs. In some aspects, a UE may participate in such a group-based PDC procedure in accordance with a clock accuracy constraint of the UE and depending on whether other UEs are likely to have similar PDC information. The network entity may assign an identifier (ID) to the group of UEs and scramble a message including the group-based PDC information using the ID. As such. UEs of the group of UEs may decode the message using the ID and adjust a timing of communications with the network entity using the group-based PDC information.
