Abstract: An image display device generates a temperature information image indicating, by a numerical value, a temperature of each pixel contained in a predetermined area including a position on a thermal image specified by a user, and causes a display to display the temperature information image while a temperature of a pixel corresponding to the position specified is displayed at a center of the temperature information image. The image display device sets a temperature range that has a predetermined temperature width and a center which is a temperature of a pixel corresponding to a position the temperature information image specified by the user, updates the temperature-color conversion information based on the set temperature range, regenerates the thermal image and the temperature information image based on the temperature-color conversion information updated, and causes the display to display the regenerated thermal image and the regenerated temperature information image.

Abstract: A personal authentication device includes an infrared ray emitter that emits infrared rays, an infrared camera that captures an infrared image, a status signal outputter that outputs a signal related to a status of the personal authentication device or the status of surroundings of the personal authentication device, and a controller. The controller determines whether or not there is a predetermined change in the status of the personal authentication device or the status of the surroundings of the personal authentication device based on a signal output from the status signal outputter, and when there is the predetermined change, the controller drives the infrared ray emitter and the infrared camera, and performs a three-dimensional face authentication process based on the infrared image captured by the infrared camera.

Abstract: A thermographic camera control method includes periodically correcting a display temperature of a temperature distribution image at a first interval; and acquiring the temperature distribution image by periodically imaging a temperature measurement target by the thermographic camera at a second interval. The acquiring the temperature distribution image includes imaging the temperature measurement target after elapse of a standby time. The standby time is shorter than the second interval and starts from the correcting the display temperature.
