摘要: An apparatus configured to: receive presentation data comprising first and second content for consecutive presentation, the first and second content associated with respective first and second spatial regions and a respective first and second presentation location; determine if the current location of a presenter user is within at least one of the first or second spatial region; if the presenter user is within the first spatial region, provide for the presentation of the first content at the first presentation location by a presentation apparatus of a consumer user in virtual reality; if the presenter user is within the second spatial region, provide for the presentation of the second content at the second presentation location by the presentation apparatus; and wherein the presentation of the first and second content is independent of the location of the consumer user.

摘要: Described herein are an apparatus, a computer program product, and a method for switching between rendering modes based on location data. The method can comprise based on location data indicative of a location of a user in an environment, causing rendering of audio content, via headphones worn by the user, to be switched from a first rendering mode, in which the audio content is rendered such that at least a component of the audio appears to originate from a first location that is fixed relative to the user, to a second rendering mode, in which the audio content is rendered such that at least the component of the audio content appears to originate from a second location that is fixed relative to the environment of the user. The method can further comprise causing rendering of additional audio content for the user via the headphones.

摘要: A method including receiving an audio scene including at least one source captured using at least one near field microphone and at least one far field microphone. The method includes determining at least one room-impulse-response (RIR) associated with the audio scene based on the at least one near field microphone and the at least one far field microphone, accessing a predetermined scene geometry corresponding to the audio scene, and identifying a best matching geometry to the predetermined scene geometry in a scene geometry database. The method also includes performing RIR comparison based on the at least one RIR and at least one geometric RIR associated with the best matching geometry, and rendering a volumetric audio scene experience based on a result of the RIR comparison.

摘要: Embodiments of these teachings concern integrating a sound object audio file such as an audio object recorded by a lavalier microphone to a spatial audio signal. First the sound object audio file is obtained and then a direction and an active duration of the sound object audio file is determined. The spatial audio signal is compiled from audio signals of multiple microphones and could be pre-recorded and obtained after the fact. Then, using the determined direction, the sound object audio file is integrated with the spatial audio signal over the active duration. If there are further moving sound sources to integrate the same procedure is followed for them all individually. One technique specifically shown herein to find the optimized direction and starting time is steered response power (SRP) with phase transform weighting (PHAT).

摘要: Provided herein is a method, apparatus and computer program product for gathering and presenting emotional response to an event in the form of an emotional response timeline. In particular, the method may include generating a timeline of a collected emotional response of a user relative to an event, selecting, by a processor, a portion of the timeline of the emotional response that meets at least one predefined criterion, and generating an edited event based on the portion of the timeline of the emotional response that meets the at least one predetermined criterion. The emotional response may include one or more of a heart rate, a facial expression, a vocalization, or a facial flush. The at least one predetermined criterion may include an emotional response above a predefined threshold.
