摘要: An optical apparatus minimizes autofluorescence and stray light as well as leakage of excitation light and efficiently utilizes illuminating light from a fluorescence illumination optical system to allow observation of a bright fluorescence image. An observation apparatus has an objective, an observation optical system unit including a variable magnification optical system, and an imaging optical system unit including an imaging lens and an eyepiece. A fluorescence illumination apparatus, which is provided separately, is removably attached to the observation apparatus. The fluorescence illumination apparatus has a light source, a collector lens unit, and a reflecting member placed between the objective and the observation optical system unit at a position displaced from the optical axis of the objective to make light from the light source incident on the objective. An excitation filter is provided between the light source and the reflecting member. An optical member for selectively transmitting fluorescent light emitted from a sample is placed between the objective and the observation optical system unit.

摘要: An incident-light fluorescence microscope including: (i) a transmission illuminating optical system which has a first optical member for receiving light emitted from a light source and extracting transmitted light and which irradiates the transmitted light onto a sample, and (ii) an observation optical system which has an objective lens and a second optical member and which is positioned closer to the objective lens than the sample. An incident-light fluorescence illuminating optical system is provided in the observation optical system, wherein the first optical member has a peak of transmittance at a wavelength longer than the fluorescent wavelength, and the second optical member selectively modulates only a wavelength transmitted through the first optical member.

摘要: Provided is a high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire with which tensile strength and weld cracking resistance of a welded portion, the integrity of the microstructure of a welded metal, and inhibition of scale generation are improved. The high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire is configured to have an alloy composition comprising, by mass, C: 0.04% or less, Mn: 7% or less, Fe: 1 to 12%, Si: 0.75% or less, Al: 0.01 to 0.7%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.7%, Cr: 25.0 to 31.5%, Ta: 1 to 10%, and Mo: 1 to 6%, and as inevitable impurities, Ca+Mg: less than 0.002%, N: 0.1% or less, P: 0.02% or less, O: 0.01% or less, S: 0.0015% or less, H: 0.0015% or less, Cu: 0.08% or less, and Co: 0.05% or less, and the balance: Ni. Then, the high CrNi-based alloy welding wire is configured such that the contents of S, Ta, Al, and Ti satisfy the following relation (1) and the contents of Ta, Mo, and N satisfy the following relation (2): 12000S+0.58Ta−2.6Al−2Ti£19.3 (1) Ta+1.6Mo+187N35.7 (2).

摘要: An illumination optical system which irradiates a sample surface with light through an illuminating lens includes: a light source; a condensing optical system receiving the light emitted from the light source; and a lens array optical system including a first lens array surface and a second lens array surface each formed by a plurality of lens elements. The first lens array surface has a conjugate relation with a back focal position of the illuminating lens. The second lens array surface is placed at a back focal position of the lens array optical system, has a conjugate relation with a pupil position of the illuminating lens, and the light source and the condensing optical system are arranged to form an image of the light source on the first lens array surface.
