摘要： There is disclosed a LED light (10) including a lower housing (14), an upper housing (15), and a thermally insulative base gasket (16). The upper housing has a top wall (31) with a central mounting area (35) and a peripheral margin. The wall thickness of the central mounting area is thicker than that of the peripheral margin (38). The upper housing also includes a plurality of heat dissipating ribs (41) extending between the mounting area and the sidewalls. The ribs increase in height as they extend outwardly toward the sidewalls. The lighting portion includes a LED light array (37), a lens (48), and a lens gasket (49). With the LED array mounted to the central mounting area, heat generated by the LED array is conveyed to the central mounting area and then conveyed through the upper housing top wall and ribs to the sidewalls.

The space adjuster includes an adjustment base (56) and a hub body (57). The adjustment base has a floor (63) with three stepped camming surfaces (65). The nub body also a floor (75) with three stepped camming surfaces (77) which are configured to ride upon the adjustment base camming surfaces. To adjust for varying thicknesses of a wall, the space adjuster is expanded in size by rotating the nub body relative to the adjustment base so that the camming surfaces more these components apart.

The light assembly includes a heat sink casing (51) which partially defines a heat chamber (52). The casing has a front wall (55) to which is mounted an LED module (57). A lens cover (61) is coupled to the front surface of the casing. Heat generated by the LED module is transferred through the casing to the heat chamber to warm the valve assembly.

The strap assembly includes a strap (31) extending from a cylinder portion (32). The cylindrical portion includes a coupling end (34) with a vertically extending octagonal channel (35) therethrough. The octagonal channel includes a vertically extending alignment ridge or tongue (36) and a centrally positioned, horizontally oriented, annular ridge (37). The hinge also includes an elongated cam follower (40) having a lower cam follower portion (41) with an octagonal exterior surface (43) terminating at a circumferential ledge or shoulder (44) positioned to abut and bear against the centrally positioned annular ridge of the coupling end. The lower cam follower portion also has a longitudinally extending groove (53) configured to receive the coupling end alignment tongue.
