The underfloor cover includes upper and lower plate-shaped members (a shielding plate and a closing plate) made of stainless steel, and the upper and lower plate-shaped members are at least partially spaced apart from each other.

摘要: A thermal insulating structure includes: at least two retainers that protrude from a to-be-insulated surface exposed to a vacuum space; at least two first multilayer vacuum insulating sheets adjacent to each other with the retainers positioned therebetween, the insulating sheets covering the to-be-insulated surface; at least one second multilayer vacuum insulating sheet that extends between the retainers along a boundary between the first multilayer vacuum insulating sheets in a manner to cover the boundary; at least two third multilayer vacuum insulating sheets that are adjacent to each other with the retainers positioned therebetween, the at least two third multilayer vacuum insulating sheets covering the first multilayer vacuum insulating sheets and the second multilayer vacuum insulating sheet; and a keep plate that is fixed to the retainers and holds the first multilayer vacuum insulating sheets, the second multilayer vacuum insulating sheet, and the third multilayer vacuum insulating sheets.

The outer shell forms a vacuum space between the inner shell and the outer shell, and includes an outer shell main part surrounding the inner shell main part and an outer shell dome surrounding the inner shell dome. The inner shell dome is provided with an inner shell manhole. The outer shell dome is provided with an outer shell manhole at a position corresponding to a position of the inner shell manhole.

摘要: A support structure of a ship tank includes: a curved surface facing an outer peripheral surface of a horizontal type cylindrical tank; and a pair of support units supporting the tank on the curved surface. Each of the support units includes: a plurality of cylindrical elements arranged in a circumferential direction of the tank such that an axial direction of each of the cylindrical elements coincides with a radial direction of the tank; a plurality of inner members each holding an end portion of a corresponding one of the cylindrical elements at the tank side; and a plurality of outer members each holding an end portion of a corresponding one of the cylindrical elements at an opposite side to the tank. The inner members are fixed to the tank. The outer members of one of the support units are configured such that displacement of the outer members in an axial direction of the tank relative to the curved surface is restricted. The outer members of the other one of the support units are configured to be slidable on the curved surface in the axial direction of the tank.

摘要: A structure of a horizontal type cylindrical double-shell tank mounted on a ship includes: an inner shell storing liquefied gas; and an outer shell forming a vacuum space between the inner shell and the outer shell. Each support unit includes: a plurality of cylindrical elements arranged in a circumferential direction of the tank such that an axial direction of each of the cylindrical elements coincides with a radial direction of the tank; a plurality of inner members each holding an end portion of a corresponding one of the cylindrical elements at the inner shell side; and a plurality of outer members each holding an end portion of a corresponding one of the cylindrical elements at the outer shell side. Each of the cylindrical elements is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic.
