摘要: The bit lines BL1 and BL2 is precharged to a potential VCC/2, and the plate line PL1 is set to a potential VCC/2. All word lines WL1 and WL2 are set to the high potential so as to sustain the connection node of one terminal of the ferroelectric capacitance and source terminals of cell transistors TC11 and TC12 to a potential VCC/2. After that, all lines except the word line WL1 to be selected are set to the ground potential. The sense amplifier enable signal SAN is set to the ground potential so as to make NMOS transistors MN1 and MN2 in conduction. The charge in a bit line capacitance and a ferroelectric capacitance is discharged to the ground potential. In this case, a signal voltage that can be detected by the sense amplifier SA is generated on the two bit lines BL1 and BL2, so the signal voltage can be amplified by turning on PMOS transistors MP1 and MP2. Thus, a ferroelectric memory device is provided that can realize reading and writing operation by a simple control so as to improve substantially the operation speed and the power consumption.

摘要: A process for recovering oil from an oil-bearing subterranean reservoir penetrated by at least one injection well and at least one production well which comprises the steps of:(1) injecting into the oil-bearing subterranean reservoir through the injection well a first injecting fluid consisting essentially of (a) 1% to 30% by weight of an internal olefin sulfonate having 10 to 26 carbon atoms and a disulfonate content of 20% by weight or less, (b) 0.1% to 20% by weight of a cosurfactant, and (c) a brine;(2) injecting, as a second injecting fluid, an aqueous polymer solution having a viscosity higher than that of the first injecting fluid into the oil-bearing subterranean reservoir; and(3) recovering oil replaced with the first and second injecting fluids through the production well. This process can recover oil from subterranean reservoirs at a high oil recovery efficiency without destroying a micro-emulsion during sweeping in the subterranean reservoir even when the salt concentration of the formation water is widely changed.

摘要: A micellar slug for use in the recovery of oil is described, the slug containing a hydrocarbon, an aqueous medium, a surfactant, and a cosurfactant. The surfactant contains as an essential component an alpha-olefin sulfonate having 10 to 26 carbon atoms and containing 0.1% to 15% by weight by weight of a disulfonate. This micellar slug has an excellent salinity tolerance and hard-water resistance. Furthermore, the micellar slugs of the present invention are capable of forming micro-emulsions having a sufficiently low interfacial tension and, therefore, can improve oil recovery efficiency.

摘要: The present invention is a device for setting a region of interest for a scintillation camera. It is employed for determining whether or not the coordinate signals X and Y which represent the positions of incident gamma rays are located within a specified region which is set by designating arbitrary positions and shape(s) on a rectangular coordinate system provided on the visual field of a camera. This device includes a region setting circuit for discriminating whether the coordinate signals X and Y are located within the specified region through comparison of the potential of the sum of the square of the values of the coordinate signals X and Y with a reference voltage.
