    摘要: The present invention relates to an oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine. In the oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine according to the present invention, a first lock section is provided in a bearing housing; a first thrust spacer is relatively rotatably mounted in the vicinity of the end face of the oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine; the first thrust spacer is provided with a second lock section, in engagement with the first lock section; a second thrust spacer is relatively non-rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft; and a third thrust spacer having elasticity is relatively rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft; the third thrust spacer being interposed between the first thrust spacer and the second thrust spacer. Furthermore, in the oil-retaining bearing structure for a rotary machine according to the present invention, a small hole is provided in the bearing housing through which the rotating shaft is mounted; at least one axial groove is formed in the inner surface of the bearing housing; and at least one radial groove is formed in the inner surface of the bearing housing; the axial groove being connected with the small hole section through the radial groove.

An outer peripheral surface of the impeller is inclined or curved so as to have an inlet side large diameter portion and a blade holding base side small diameter portion, or is stepped so as to have an inlet side cylindrical outer peripheral surface of large diameter and a blade holding base side cylindrical outer peripheral surface of small diameter connected to the inlet side cylindrical outer peripheral surface.     摘要: The surface of an amorphous silicon film formed on a glass substrate is cleaned by hydrofluoric acid in a spin clean unit. The glass substrate is conveyed to a waiting unit where the glass substrate is made to wait for about 15 minutes. Active fluoride adhered on the amorphous silicon film is sublimated. The glass substrate in which the active fluoride is sublimated is conveyed into a laser annealing device where the amorphous silicon film is excimer laser annealed to reform the amorphous silicon film into a polysilicon film. The residuals of the charges in the polysilicon film generated by excimer laser annealing the surface of the amorphous silicon film with the active fluoride adhered to the surface of the amorphous silicon film can be prevented. A thin film transistor having desired TFT characteristics can be manufactured.

Moreover, a solar battery including the pair of sealing films is characterized by the structure including a light-receipt side transparent protection member; a first sealing film including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and covering the light-receipt side transparent protection member; a back side protection member; a second sealing film including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and covering the back side protection member; and solar cells provided between the first and the second sealing films.
