The invention relates to an electromagnetic switching device, in particular a contactor, comprising a switching device housing (2) and a plug-in module which can be inserted into the latter and which contains a coil form (12) for a coil. A tripping element (60) is mounted on a housing section (40) of the plug-in module (4). Said element is designed to mechanically actuate the contact unit (30) of an electric switch (24) for producing an economy connection. The switch (24) is mounted on a support structure (printed-circuit board (22)) that is located in the plug-in module (4), with a supporting contour (70) of said switch adjoining a bearing contour (72) of the housing section (40).

An electromagnetic switching device includes a housing and a plug-in module which can be inserted into the housing at an insertion point in a direction of insertion. The plug-in module holds a magnetic yoke, attached to which is a coil unit. Two extensions, which point respectively to the front and to the rear in relation to the direction of insertion, are formed on the magnetic yoke. In order to retain the magnetic yoke, a retaining bracket extending transversally in relation to the direction of insertion, overlaps one of the fixing extensions and engages two retaining tongues from below, said tongues being formed as one-piece with the plug-in module.

The invention relates to a brake disc for a disc brake, in particular in motor vehicles. Said brake disc comprises a friction ring (12) and a pot-shaped supporting part (14), the friction ring consisting of several ring segments (18), which adjoin one another in a circumferential direction. To provide a construction that can be commercially produced in a cost-effective manner and that is not prone to warping, the ring segments are provided with semi-circular recesses (18a), which encompass retaining bolts (16) that extend radially. The retaining bolts are fixed in circumferential sections of the supporting part and support the ring segments by means of a positive fit in a centrifugal direction. The retaining bolts are preferably configured in a tubular manner.

An improvement in the process of producing polyvinyl chloride by the suspension process in the presence of protective colloids by utilizing a protective colloid mixture of from 20% to 80% of the protective colloid mixture of a polyvinyl acetate having a hydrolysis degree of 40 to 55 mol % and the remainder of the protective colloid mixture of (1) a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol having a hydrolysis degree of 70 to 90 mol %, or (2) an aminoethyl-hydroxypropyl cellulose having a molar substitution of from 0.05 to 1.5 mols of aminoethyl groups and 3 to 5 mols of hydroxypropyl groups, or (3) a vinyl acetate/vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer having a ratio of vinyl pyrrolidone to vinyl acetate in the copolymer of 50% to 70% by weight to 30% to 50% by weight and a K-value of 25 to 40. By the use of this protective colloid mixture, the polyvinyl chloride produced exhibits a large absorption of plasticizer and gives finished products having a low number of specks.

In the housing of an electromagnetic switching apparatus including a magnet coil and switching and non-switching magnet parts disposed within the housing, and at least one damping compression spring for biasing the non-switching magnet part in one direction in the housing, the spring having a plurality of turns of the same diameter and one end turn having a diameter greater than that of the plurality of turns for securing the spring in the housing, the improvement comprising hook-shaped projection members disposed within the housing about the periphery of the compression spring. The projection members are spaced apart from each other along a diameter of the spring by a distance which is greater than the diameter of the plurality of turns thereof but less than the diameter of the end turn. The plurality of turns of the spring are axially movable between the projection members while the end turn of the spring is engaged by the members. The compression spring is thus axially movably secured in the housing of the switching apparatus.

Disclosed are compounds and proteins as identified with the methods and systems of the invention, pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions thereof, their uses for the preparation of a medicament, methods of treatment of a disease or condition or cosmetic condition related to the defective translation of a gene, for example genetic diseases such as Epidermolysis bullosa, as well as diagnostic measures practical for the clinical evaluation of such diseases or conditions. Also, kits are provided which comprise the identified compounds and/or proteins in addition to suitable means for performing the methods of the invention.

An electromagnetic switching device, especially a contactor, includes a base, an arc chamber removable from the base, a contact bridge support and a spring-loaded locking element. The contact bridge support projects into the arc chamber and can be displaced in a direction of actuation. The contact bridge support can be locked by the locking element when the arc chamber is taken off. The locking element is configured as a lever that is swiveled about a swiveling axis which extends in perpendicular to the direction of actuation.
