    摘要: A thin film transistor which may be included in a pixel circuit includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer formed on the substrate and including a source region, a first drain region spaced apart from the source region by a first current path, and a second drain region spaced apart from the source region by a second current path having a length different from that of the first current path; a gate electrode insulated from the semiconductor layer by a gate insulating layer; a source electrode connected to the source region of the semiconductor layer; a first drain electrode connected to the first drain region of the semiconductor layer; and a second drain electrode connected to the second drain region of the semiconductor layer. Currents having different magnitudes may be simultaneously provided through the first current path and the second current path.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hydrogen production module by an integrated reaction/separation process, and a hydrogen production reactor using the same, and more specifically, provides a hydrogen production apparatus which laminates a plurality of layered unit cells, is mounted in a pressure-resistant chamber, and can be operated at a high pressure, wherein the unit cell comprises a first modified catalyst, and a second modified catalyst opposite to a hydrogen separator. The hydrogen production module can produce hydrogen using a hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and an alcohol as sources. Particularly, all the modified catalysts are formed into a porous metal plate form, thereby maximizing the heat transfer effect necessary for reaction. While a reaction and separation of hydrogen simultaneously occur, separated reactants permeate the first modified catalyst so as to come in contact with the same, and then pass through the gap between the hydrogen separator and the second modified catalyst opposite to each other. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a high efficiency over the equilibrium conversion rate of reaction temperature, and high purity hydrogen can be obtained.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display (LCD) with a built-in touch screen includes: a first substrate including a sensor area having a plurality of photosensors; a second substrate positioned over the first substrate, and including a color filter, a light receiving portion, and a transparent electrode layer and a front polarizing plate; an LCD panel including a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates; a touch screen driver circuit to measure a capacitance variation sensed through a first sensing line connected to the transparent electrode layer and to calculate a touch area using optical information sensed through a second sensing line connected to the photosensors when a contact object is in contact with the LCD panel, and to output position information of the contact object, sensed by determining whether a touch occurs and whether a multi-touch occurs using the capacitance variation and the touch area.

    摘要: An LCD with an integrated touch screen panel includes a first substrate having a plurality of pixels formed thereon, wherein each pixel of the plurality of pixels is provided with a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. A second substrate faces the first substrate and has a plurality of common electrodes formed inside thereof. The plurality of common electrodes is arranged in a first direction to correspond to the plurality of pixels. A plurality of sensing electrodes is outside of the second substrate and arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction. A liquid crystal layer is between the first and the second substrates. A common electrode driver sequentially supplies a driving signal to the common electrodes and supplies a compensation signal having a phase opposite to the driving signal to the common electrodes.
