Abstract: A display device can include a base, a plurality of pixels in a matrix along first and second directions intersecting each other in a display area on the base, control signal lines to supply a control signal to the pixels, and power supply lines to supply an initialization voltage to the pixels. Each pixel can include a pixel circuit having a plurality of transistors and a light emitting element drivable by the pixel circuit. The plurality of transistors can include a first transistor between the power supply line and the light emitting element. The first transistor can be controlled based on the control signal. The control signal lines, which can extend to connect to the plurality of pixels, can be arranged in the second direction. The power supply lines, which can extend to connect to the plurality of pixels, can be arranged in the first direction.

Abstract: A plurality of enable circuits are respectively adjacent to a display area in a first direction and connected to a plurality of control lines to output a control signal corresponding to a pulse signal. The first transistor includes a gate electrode, a gate insulating film over the gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor film over the gate insulating film, and a first terminal and a second terminal electrically connected to the semiconductor film. The second terminal is electrically connected to the light-emitting element. A region in which the first terminal overlaps with the gate electrode can be smaller than a region in which the second terminal overlaps with the gate electrode.
