    Abstract: An operation program editing device includes a program editing portion configured to edit an operation program executable by a programmable controller that controls a facility, and the program editing portion includes a bypass circuit generation unit that generates a bypass circuit including a bypass path for skipping execution of some of the plurality of steps at a time of reactivation of the facility, a first selection receiving unit that receives selection of a last step, from among the plurality of steps, within a range where the execution is skipped by the bypass circuit, and a second selection receiving unit that receives selection of a first step, from among the plurality of steps, within the range where the execution is skipped by the bypass circuit.

    Abstract: A PLC communication system includes a PLC; a plurality of devices; three or more communication processing nodes that are provided respectively in the PLC and the devices to allow the PLC to communicate with each of the devices; and a plurality of communication lines that connect the communication processing nodes to each other to allow data communication. The PLC detects an incommunicable state between two of the communication processing nodes. The PLC communication system further includes a display device, and in a case where there are a plurality of types of incommunicable states detected by the PLC, the display device displays a portion where communication lines constituting the incommunicable states among the plurality of communication lines overlap with each other, as a line failure portion.

    Abstract: A programmable logic controller capable of improving the expandability of a distributed control system and a programming tool for the programmable logic controller are provided. A programmable logic controller (PLC) that constitutes a distributed control system includes: a variable table that includes variable information including identification symbols for identification of a plurality of PLCs and variable names of reference variables, the variable information being set for each of the reference variables; a storage device that has a memory region for storing the reference variables; and an interface circuit that mutually converts communication data for use in communication between the PLC and a different PLC and the reference variables stored in the memory region. The reference variables are variables mutually referenced by the plurality of PLCs.

    Abstract: A monitoring device for a programmable controller can resume continuous operation from an appropriate step, when the equipment is restarted after abnormality handling process. The monitoring device includes: a read device that reads operating state information of equipment from the programmable controller during individual operation; a relationship information storage device that stores relationship information showing relationship between the first step to be executed out of the steps when the equipment is restarted after the individual operation and the operating state information; a selection device that refers to the operating state information and selects the first step to be executed when the equipment is restarted, based on the relationship information; and a command transmission device that transmits a command to change an in-execution flag of the programmable controller which shows the first step to be executed when the equipment is restarted, based on the selection result of the selection device.
