Abstract:
A monitoring device for a programmable controller includes: a display portion configured to display, on a display, a step that is being executed by the programmable controller among a plurality of steps in such a manner that the step can be distinguished from the other steps; a receiving portion configured to receive selection of a step serving as an initial point of reactivation in a case where a facility stops during a continuous operation by the programmable controller; and a change instruction generation portion configured to generate an instruction to the programmable controller so as to cause the programmable controller to restart execution of control processes from the step received by the receiving portion at the time of the reactivation.
Abstract:
An operation program editing device includes a program editing portion configured to edit an operation program executable by a programmable controller that controls a facility, and the program editing portion includes a bypass circuit generation unit that generates a bypass circuit including a bypass path for skipping execution of some of the plurality of steps at a time of reactivation of the facility, a first selection receiving unit that receives selection of a last step, from among the plurality of steps, within a range where the execution is skipped by the bypass circuit, and a second selection receiving unit that receives selection of a first step, from among the plurality of steps, within the range where the execution is skipped by the bypass circuit.

Abstract:
A monitoring device for a programmable controller can resume continuous operation from an appropriate step, when the equipment is restarted after abnormality handling process. The monitoring device includes: a read device that reads operating state information of equipment from the programmable controller during individual operation; a relationship information storage device that stores relationship information showing relationship between the first step to be executed out of the steps when the equipment is restarted after the individual operation and the operating state information; a selection device that refers to the operating state information and selects the first step to be executed when the equipment is restarted, based on the relationship information; and a command transmission device that transmits a command to change an in-execution flag of the programmable controller which shows the first step to be executed when the equipment is restarted, based on the selection result of the selection device.
Abstract:
An operation limiting device applicable to a wide variety of machine tools and which improves the freedom of setting an operation limiting area. Two or three drive axes (Xa, Za) in different directions are designated from among a plurality of drive axes in the machine tool and the designated drive axes (Xa, Za) form the two or three dimensional coordinate system. An area (Ar) for limiting the operation of the mobile body is set in the two or three dimensional coordinate system. A drive axis (Xa) which is in operation is determined, and in the two or three coordinate system including the drive axis which is in operation the operation of the mobile body is limited when the mobile body enters into the limiting area (Ar).
Abstract:
A screen information generation device generates screen information indicating display content of a display device connected to a programmable controller that controls a control object device according to a chart program indicating execution order of a plurality of steps each provided per operation unit. When generating the screen information of an individual-manipulation screen for use in individually operating the control object device per operation unit, the screen information generation device is configured to generate the screen information based on the chart program such that a plurality of operation buttons that respectively correspond to the plurality of steps is displayed on the display device.
