Abstract: An assembly quality detection device and a method for a wind screen cleaning system based on streamline pattern, includes a main body of a test bench and a detection system. The main body of the test bench includes a test bench rack and a cleaning centrifugal fan; the inside of the test bench rack is provided with a cleaning space. The detection system includes a smoke generation and transmission device, a two-degree-of-freedom smoke fixed-point release mechanism, a high-speed image acquisition system and a control system. A fixed base is installed on the upper end of the outlet of the cleaning centrifugal fan, a linear moving guide rail device is installed on the fixed base, the linear moving guide rail device is equipped with a moving slider, the moving slider is installed with a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism output end is provided with a smoke releasing duct, the smoke releasing duct is communicated with the smoke generation and transmission device. The detection device and method can test the manufacturing and assembly quality of the cleaning system of the combine harvester by combining the characteristics of wind tunnel streamline pattern with image processing and corresponding mathematical operation.

Abstract: A threshing device with two-way pull wires and adjustable threshing clearance includes a tensioning mechanism, and several grid bars in clearance fit with side plates, wherein the tensioning mechanism is mounted on the several grid bars so that the grid bars can move in radial and tangential directions in the clearance; the tensioning mechanism includes a tangential tensioning device and a radial tensioning device, wherein the radial tensioning device is mounted in the radial direction of any one of the grid bars, so that the grid bars can move in the radial direction in the clearance; the tangential tensioning device is mounted in series in the tangential direction of the grid bars, so that the grid bars can move in the tangential direction in the clearance. Further disclosed is a combined harvester, which includes the threshing device with two-way pull wires and adjustable threshing clearance.

Abstract: A self-adaptive throwing device for stalks cutting and discharging in the longitudinal axial flow combine harvesters comprises a longitudinal axial flow stalk discharging and guiding device, a stalks remnant shredding device, a wind direction and wind speed detection device, a reaping region identification device, an operating speed sensor, a shredding revolution speed sensor, a width adjustable throwing device, a self-adaptive throwing real-time control system. The throwing width is self-adaptive based on the machine operating speed, wind speed, wind direction, the position of the region having been cut and the region waiting to be cut, so as to achieve the full width throwing of the stalks remnant. An arc stalk guiding plate and a flow separating bar are mounted in the longitudinal axial flow stalk guiding device to make the shredding load more even.

Abstract: A combine harvester self-adaptive cleaning control apparatus, includes a return plate, a cleaning sieve, a cleaning centrifugal blower, an impurity collection and stirring auger, a grain collection and stirring auger, a cleaning grain loss monitoring sensor, a grain tank grain impurity rate automatic monitoring apparatus, and an on-line monitoring and control system. The on-line monitoring and control system is connected to the cleaning centrifugal blower, the cleaning grain loss monitoring sensor, the grain tank grain impurity rate automatic monitoring apparatus, and a power driving mechanism of a louver sieve having an adjustable opening. Also disclosed is a self-adaptive cleaning method of the cleaning apparatus which can automatically adjust various working parameters according to a working quality of a working process, control failure rate, and improve a down-time working time for the apparatus.

Abstract: A cutting longitudinal swaths grain harvesting and baling combine, includes a grain cutting and conveying system, a threshing and separation system, a grain cleaning apparatus, a grain collection and holding system, a straw compression and baling apparatus, a chassis travelling system, and a driving system; when the combine is harvesting grain in fields, the stalks are cut and conveyed to the threshing and separation system by the grain cutting and conveying system; the threshed and separated straw is compressed and baled by the straw compression and baling apparatus; the threshed and separated grain is cleaned by the grain cleaning apparatus; and the cleaned grain is conveyed by the grain collection and holding system to a grain storage bin. The combine can achieve harvesting of grain such as rice and wheat as well as compression and baling of threshed straw, having advantages of high working efficiency, stable performance, a simple process, and being time and labor saving.

Abstract: A device for conveying and feeding wet material for a cross-flow hot air combine harvester, the device consisting of a hot air pumping part and a material conveying part. The hot air pumping part uses an air suction pump (4) to pump a flow of hot waste air from an engine radiator (1) of the combine harvester by means of an air suction pipeline (3) so as to provide hot air flow for the material conveying and feeding device. The material conveying part consists of a chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) and a cross-flow air chamber structure (B), wherein the chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) is located at an upper part of the cross-flow air chamber structure (B) and is used for forcibly conveying and feeding a material; and the cross-flow air chamber structure (B) uses hot air to dry the material, blows to assist in feeding the material, and uses a cross-flow air wheel (14) to forcibly feed the material. By using excess heat that is generated by the engine of the combine harvester to perform auxiliary blowing and drying during the process of conveying and feeding a wet material, the feeding device may lower the temperature of the engine and reduce the effects of heat radiation and ageing that high temperatures have on surrounding devices, and may lower the water content of a wet agricultural material, thus preventing blockages produced because of moisture.
