    摘要: A tracker circuit configured to provide a variable supply voltage to a power amplifier (PA) circuit is disclosed. The tracker circuit includes a state machine circuit comprising a plurality of states mapped in accordance with transitions associated with a mapping scheme. In some embodiments, the plurality of states of the state machine circuit identify one or more operational modes associated with the tracker circuit, wherein at least one operational mode comprises one or more voltage levels respectively associated therewith. In some embodiments, the one or more operational modes includes at least two active operational modes. In some embodiments, a transition between the one or more operational modes of the tracker circuit is controlled by a digital selection signal received from a digital communication interface associated therewith.

The apparatus further includes a combiner configured to generate a control signal for the output stage based on a target signal, the compensation signal and a signal related to a current value of the output stage. The target signal corresponds to a desired output signal. The output stage is configured to generate the output signal using the control signal.

The feed forward DAC circuitry includes a voltage source circuitry and a selector circuitry. The voltage source circuitry is configured to generate a plurality of voltages. The selector circuitry is configured to select one of the plurality of voltages based at least on the target envelope signal. The feed forward DAC circuitry is configured to provide the selected voltage to a supply voltage input of a power amplifier that amplifies a radio frequency (RF) transmit signal.

    摘要: Systems and methods implementing dithered hysteretic current control are discussed. One system can include a switched-mode power supply, a control component, and a dither component. The control component can detect a crossing of a first threshold associated with a first mode of the switched-mode power supply, and generate first and second control signals, wherein the first control signal is based on the crossing of the first threshold. The dither component can receive the first control signal, delay the first control signal for a first random time period, and output the first control signal to the switched-mode power supply. The switched-mode power supply can receive the first control signal and the second control signal, switch from the first mode to a second mode based on the first control signal, and switch from the second mode to the first mode based on the second control signal.

In embodiments, the sensor stage may be coupled to receive the output switching signal from the first switching device and to substantially replicate a condition of the first switching device to generate a continuous signal rather than a switched signal. In embodiments, the continuous signal may allow detection of a current level. In some embodiments, the current level may indicate an overcurrent event. A digital post-processing circuit may be coupled to the switching device to count a number of overcurrent events according to various embodiments. Other embodiments may also be described and claimed.
