    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a solar thermal collector includes the following steps. First, a first slab and a second slab stacked together are provided, and the first slab and the second slab are welded together along a plurality of rails, such that the first slab and the second slab are connected to each other through the rails to form a plurality of stripe-shaped connecting portions. Then, a high pressure medium is filled between the first slab and the second slab, such that the first slab and the second slab, except for the stripe-shaped connecting portions, are pushed away from each other by pressure provided from the high pressure medium, so as to form a plurality of channels divided by the stripe-shaped connecting portions. A solar selective coating is formed on an outer surface of the first slab.

    Abstract: A solar thermal collector and an accessory structure of a building are provided. The solar thermal collector includes at least one heat absorbing plate and at least one heat insulating plate. Each of the heat absorbing plate includes at least one first slab and first engaging parts connected with the first slab. Each of the heat insulating plate includes at least one second slab and second engaging parts connected with the second slab. The first engaging parts are respectively engaged with the second engaging parts, and a gap is maintained between the first slab and the second slab to define a heat collecting channel, through which a heat transfer fluid flows between the heat absorbing plate and the heat insulating plate. A heat conductivity of the heat absorbing plate is at least 30 times greater than a heat conductivity of the heat insulating plate.

    Abstract: A solar thermal collecting system, including at least one solar thermal collector and a pressure-adjusting module, is provided. The solar thermal collector includes a container, a light-transmissive cover that seals the container, and a plurality of solar thermal collecting pipes. The solar thermal collecting pipes are installed in the container, so as to allow a heat transfer material to flow therein. The outer surfaces of the solar thermal collecting pipes are correspondingly deposited with solar selective coatings for absorbing solar radiation energy, transforming the radiation energy into thermal energy, and transmitting thermal energy to the heat transfer material flowing in the solar thermal collecting pipes. The pressure-adjusting module controls the heat loss rate of the solar thermal collector by adjusting the air pressure inside the solar thermal collector and controlling the direction of air circulation to flow in or out of the solar thermal collector.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a pressure vessel with heating device includes the following steps. A bag-shaped fiber layer with a first bag opening and a bag-shaped insulation layer with a second bag opening are provided. The bag-shaped insulation layer is placed in the bag-shaped fiber layer. The bag-shaped fiber layer is placed in an external mold. A pressurizing process is performed in the cavity of the bag-shaped insulation layer and air is extracted from the bag-shaped fiber layer. A resin solution is injected into the bag-shaped fiber layer to form a bag-shaped resin fiber layer soaked with the resin solution. A curing process is performed on the bag-shaped resin fiber layer to cure the bag-shaped resin fiber layer and to attach it to the bag-shaped insulation layer. A heating device is installed in the bag-shaped layers via a fastening component. The cured first and second bag openings are sealed.
