摘要: To provide a scanning probe microscope wherein the scanning means is not damaged by fluids, the scanning probe microscope 30 comprises a cantilever support part 2 for supporting a cantilever 1; displacement measurement parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 for measuring the displacement of the cantilever 1; a specimen container 11 comprising sidewalls 19 and bottom surface 18 and containing a fluid 10 and a specimen S; a carrying stage 40 on which the specimen container 11 is placed; and a scanning means 7 for moving and scanning the carrying stage 40. While the cantilever 1 is immersed in the fluid 10 that is contained in the specimen container 11, the carrying stage 40 is moved, and the displacement of the cantilever 1 is measured. The scanning probe microscope 30 further comprises a ring-shaped protective mat 50 that is capable of absorbing the fluid 10. A mounting mechanism 43 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the carrying stage 40 for removably attaching the protective mat 50 by its inner peripheral area.

摘要: An emulsion for hair treatment is provided which is characterized by the following: the formulation (I) is composed of a W/O type emulsion, which allows the main agent to be stable, and contains preferably an oil soluble polymer compound for the emulsifier; the formulation (I), upon being mixed with formulation (II), can easily undergo demulsification and a phase inversion into an O/W type emulsion; and the emulsion has adequate viscosity to prevent dripping from the hair and a superior dyeing capability. Also, 2-formulation type oxidation hair dye with an excellent hair dyeing effect is provided by adding isostearyl alcohol.

摘要: In an array of coke ovens each including a plurality of combustion chambers having a plurality of flue nozzles, a measuring car equipped with a temperature measuring member runs above the array in a direction of the array or in a longitudinal direction of the combustion chambers so as to detect thermal radiations passing through the flue nozzles to measure combustion chamber temperature. The measured temperature is sent to a remote control room through antennae. Where a coal charging car of a Rahmen construction is used an antenna is also provided for the coal charging car so that even when the measuring car runs beneath the coal charging car, radio communication can be assured. The temperature of the combustion chambers can be readily and accurately measured by linearly running the measuring car whether combustion is effected in one or the other side of the combustion chambers.

摘要: A process for producing a metal body comprises (1) a step of maintaining under reduced pressure a metal material within a temperature range of room temperature to a temperature lower than a melting point of the metal in a sealed vessel to thereby degas the metal material, (2) a step of melting the metal material under pressurization by introducing a gas into the sealed container to thereby dissolve the gas into the molten metal, and (3) a step of cooling and solidifying the molten metal while controlling a gas pressure and a molten metal temperature in the sealed vessel to thereby form a porous metal body.
