摘要: RFID tags are attached to tools of a preform head, a bonding head, and a push-up unit, and information related to each tool such as a dimension of a processing-target die is stored into the RFID tags. When a tool is mounted, an operator inputs manufacturing conditions related to the tool. When information related to the tool read from the RFID tag by an RFID reader/writer and the manufacturing conditions related to the tool do not match each other, a message about wrong mounting of the tool is displayed on a monitor. Further, an operation history of the tool is written into the RFID tag by the RFID reader/writer when the production is completed. The operation history is read when the next production is started, and if the values of the operation history exceed predetermined numbers of times, a message is displayed on the monitor.

摘要: A contact making and breaking device improves the dielectric absorption property of capacitance between one signal wire brought out from a reed switch and an conductive casing. A low current measurement system using the contact making breaking device greatly shortens the measurement waiting time when low current is measured. The contact making and breaking device includes a reed switch with first and second signal wires brought out from either end, a conductive casing, and an insulating material formed between at least the first signal wire and the conductive casing. A tubular conductor is emplaced in the region in which the insulating material is formed and at least partially encloses the reed switch. The tubular conductor is connected to the first signal wire.

摘要: An instrument for measuring the characteristics of a circuit element has a plurality of SMUs for applying test signals to the terminals of the circuit element and measuring the resulting output signals. A control circuit compares the output signal value to a reference value while varying the test signals. The test signal is varied by an integrator which operates in two modes, a search mode with no feedback to quickly bring the output signal to the approximate value of the reference, and a feedback mode to hold the output signal at the reference value while a measurement is made. The parameters for setting stable operating conditions for the feedback loop with the circuit element being tested are stored in a memory of the control circuit.

摘要: There are provided a slider and a magnetic disk unit that can significantly reduce a variation in flying height caused by an air pressure change even if the size of the magnetic disk unit or the slider is small. An air bearing surface (1) which faces a disk medium includes, in the order from the air-inflow end (2) to the air-outflow end (3) of the air bearing surface: a front step bearing surface (9), a front-rail surface 6 which generates a positive pressure on the disk medium to float the slider, a negative-pressure cavity (11) which generates a negative pressure to reduce the flying height of the slider, a rear step bearing surface (10), a rear-rail surface (7) which generates a positive pressure, and a recording/reproducing element having surface (8) on which the recording/reproducing element (13) is provided, wherein a separating plane (103) which separates the recording/reproducing element having surface (8) from the rear-rail surface (7) is provided and the distance between the air-outflow end of the rear-rail surface (7) and the recording/reproducing element (13) is 5 to 10% of the slider length from the air-inflow end to the air-outflow end.

摘要: An air bearing slider supports a transducer over a moving recording medium based on air flow generated by the movement of the recording medium. A first pad is formed near a leading edge of the slider and has a first leading edge contoured to provide a first effective length relative to the air flow for the first pad. A second pad is formed near a trailing edge of the slider and has a second leading edge contoured to provide a second effective length relative to the air flow for the second pad. A third pad is formed near the trailing edge of the slider and has a third leading edge which is contoured to provide a third effective length relative to the air flow for the third pad. The first, second, and third effective lengths vary as the air bearing slider moves relative to the moving recording medium to maintain a desired orientation and fly height for the slider during such movement.
