摘要: According to a linear motion guide unit of this invention, bottom seals may be simply attached to lower surfaces of both of casing and end caps. The bottom seals have core plates that are integrally provided at lengthwise opposing ends thereof with upright plates to be fitted into grooves formed on end surfaces of the end caps. The upright plates has a pair of jaws that extend widthwise the plates in opposite direction to each other so as to be engaged with opposing walls of the grooves on the end caps. The bottom seals are attached to a sliding element in such a manner that the upright plates are fitted into the grooves and the end seals are mounted to the casing through the end caps.

摘要: This track rail fixing structure for linear motion units is capable of fixing a track rail on a mounting base without forming fixing bores in the track rail; and correcting the warpage and bend of the track rail. The track rail is provided in the portions thereof which are below raceway grooves therein with cross-sectionally arcuate grooves extending in the longitudinal direction. The mounting base is provided with a longitudinally extending track rail installation groove, in which projections extend in the longitudinal direction thereof. The track rail is set in the track rail installation groove in the mounting base, whereby the track rail is fixed on the mounting base.

摘要: The superconducting device according to the present invention is provided with a superconducting thin film of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxide deposited on a substrate thereof. Consequently, the device can be produced at a low cost because no rare earth elements are required.The superconducting thin film according to the present invention is formed by sputtering onto a substrate from a Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxide target, followed by annealing in an oxidizing atmosphere. In this way, it is possible to produce a superconducting thin film of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxide in a simple way by using an ordinary sputtering apparatus. In this method, it is preferable that a MgO substrate be used and the optimum annealing temperature is about 880.degree. C.

Said effects are obtained by providing projections and slots in a slider and seals and mutually engaging these projections and slots. In addition, a linear motion guide unit is described that allows lubricant to be supplied both quickly and easily without having to disassemble the linear motion guide unit even when small in size. Said effect is obtained by forming lubricant injection holes in the seals and injecting a lubricant such as grease through said lubricant injection holes with a lubricant injector.

摘要: A linear motion guide unit is disclosed, in which components are assembled in a mutually fitting relation with one another into a composite construction. This allows reducing the number of components to cope with a modern tendency of miniaturization of the linear motion guide system. The slider is mainly composed of a carriage and a composite carriage frame. The carriage includes an upper major section and a pair of sidewise opposing wings depending downward from the major section, while the composite carriage frame includes end caps facing forward and aft ends of the carriage, one to each end, and side walls integral with the end caps. The composite carriage frame is made up of a first composite component and a second composite component that is held around the first composite component. The carriage is on the forward and aft ends thereof with first engaging means of concavities while the composite carriage frame has second engaging means of convexities that mate in a fitting engagement with the first engaging means to make sure of securely holding the composite carriage frame on the carriage.
