摘要: The present disclosure provides a compressor rotor, a compressor and a refrigerant circulation system. The compressor rotor includes: a motor rotor including a plurality of rotor sections, a locking rod, a compression unit rotating part and a locking member. The rotor sections are fixedly connected in an axial direction and are provided with an axial through hole; and the locking rod penetrates through the axial through hole. The compression unit rotating part is located at the end part of the motor rotor and is connected to the locking rod. The locking member is configured to lock the compression unit rotating part on the locking rod. The locking rod, the compression unit rotating part and the locking member form a pressing structure which applies a pressure toward an axial inner side to the motor rotor.

摘要: The present application provides a stator blade, a compressor structure and a compressor. The stator blade comprises a blade body, wherein a cavity is formed inside the blade body, and a gas supply hole is formed on the blade body. The present application forms a jet on the suction surface of the stator blade by supplemented gas, thereby blowing off the low-speed low-energy region formed by the suction surface, reducing the gas flow mixing loss caused by the supplemented gas, thereby improving the aerodynamic efficiency of the centrifugal compressor.

摘要: The invention discloses a centrifugal compressor. The centrifugal compressor comprises: a housing (10), provided with a mounting chamber (11), a thread section (12) being provided on a side wall of the mounting chamber (11); an adjusting piece (20), mounted in the mounting chamber (11), the adjusting piece (20) being provided with threads adapting to the thread section (12); a driving piece (30), mounted in the mounting chamber (11) and configured to drive the adjusting piece (20) to move forwards or backwards along the thread section (12); and an adjustable diffuser (40), fixedly connected to the adjusting piece (20). The invention also discloses a centrifugal water chilling unit having the centrifugal compressor. The centrifugal compressor and the centrifugal water chilling unit can solve the problem that the adjustable diffuser easily inclines and is stuck, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the centrifugal compressor.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a reflux device blade and a compressor. The reflux device blade includes a blade main body, a hollow cavity is formed in the blade main body, and an air supplement hole is formed in the blade main body. When the hollow reflux device blade is adopted, the supplemental air entering the hollow cavity of the reflux device blade through an air supplement channel forms jet flow on a suction surface of the reflux device blade to blow off a low-speed low-energy area formed on the suction surface, so as to reduce the airflow mixing loss, prevent the intake distortion of a second-stage impeller, and improve the operation range of the compressor.
