    摘要: A refrigeration unit with dynamic air cooling is described. It includes a centrifugal compressor with an electric drive, whose outlet is connected to a working element, whose outlet is connected to the inlet of a turbine. The turbine is connected to an electrical energy generator, where the outlet of the turbine is directed towards a wall-pipe heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is connected to a pump. Between the centrifugal compressor and the working element there is a pipe-wall exchanger of the air-air type, to which a fan is connected. The working element of the unit has a cylindrical hollow profile comprising helical recesses with a substantially oval shape.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a new breed of high performance compressors and associated vapor compression systems that can be used in wide ranging refrigeration, cooling and heating applications with significantly increased compressor isentropic efficiency, motor efficiency, reliability and longevity of the motor, the compressor pump and the system as a whole, as well as COP, heating capacity, and SEER of the new vapor compression systems utilizing the new high performance compressors. The design philosophy and modifications to the current configuration of rolling piston rotary compressor to arrive at the high-performance version of the same type will be readily applicable to other types of vapor compression compressors with only minor changes opening the way for adoption of the new design philosophy by the entire compressor industry resulting in serious reduction of carbon footprint for air conditioners, heat pumps and refrigerators worldwide.

    摘要: A compressor suction pipe includes a bent portion at least including a first pipe segment on the most upstream side with respect to flow of a fluid to be compressed, a second pipe segment connected to a suction side of a compressor and extending in a direction different from the extension direction of the first pipe segment, and a third pipe segment disposed between the first pipe segment and the second pipe segment and extending in a direction different from the extension directions of the first and second pipe segments, and at least one partition extending at least from an intermediate portion of the first pipe segment at least to an intermediate portion of the second pipe segment in the bent portion and dividing an interior of the bent portion. The partition extends in a direction intersecting a virtual plane including an incircle that touches an axis of the first pipe segment on an upstream side of a downstream end of the first pipe segment and touches an axis of the second pipe segment.

    摘要: A coolant system includes a multistage compressor having a plurality of surge detection sensors. A condenser is connected to an outlet of the multistage compressor. An economizer is connected to an outlet of the condenser and has a gaseous coolant outlet and a liquid coolant outlet. The liquid coolant outlet is connected to a cooler and the gaseous coolant outlet is connected to a second or later stage of the multistage compressor via a controllable valve. A controller is communicatively coupled to the surge detection sensors and the controllable valve. The controller includes a non-transitory medium storing instructions for causing the controller to detect an occurrence of a surge and restricting a flow through the controllable valve until the surge has ceased.

    摘要: A lubrication additive recovery system is provided for use with a vapor compression system. The vapor compression system includes a compressor having a bearing, a condenser and an evaporator. The lubrication additive recovery system includes a lubrication ring formed to define first and second through-holes, a first system by which a portion of a required supply of lubrication is drawn from the condenser and provided to the bearing through the first through-holes and a second system by which a remainder of the required supply of lubrication is recovered from the evaporator and provided along with compressor discharge gas to the bearing through the second through-holes.
