According to the position of a current block in a video picture, first motion information and second candidate motion information is determined, the motion information at least includes a motion vector; it is determined whether the distance between the motion vector of the first motion information and the motion vector of the second candidate motion information is greater than a first threshold; if the determination result is that the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold, the second candidate motion information is updated to obtain second motion information; if the determination result is that the distance is greater than the first threshold, the second candidate motion information is taken as the second motion information; and inter prediction is performed on the current block by using the first motion information and the second motion information.

摘要: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder and a decoder are provided. A bitstream is parsed to obtain a size and a coding mode of a current block. Reconstructed values of neighboring samples are acquired and the reconstructed values of the neighboring samples are filtered. A second constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the second constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is assigned as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block are calculated. The prediction values are filtered to obtain prediction values of all samples in the current block.

摘要: A point cloud model reconstruction method, an encoder, and a decoder are provided. The method includes the following. An i-th segmentation position of an i-th three-dimensional slice on a longest edge in a point cloud space is obtained, where 1≤i≤n−1 and n is a total number of three-dimensional slices to-be-processed. An i-th cube block set nearest to the i-th segmentation position in the i-th three-dimensional slice is determined based on the i-th segmentation position and a preset cube block length. An i-th vertex position with a cube block in the i-th cube block set is determined along the longest edge, where the i-th vertex position represents a position of a vertex on an edge which is away from a start position of the cube block by the preset cube block length. A point cloud model is reconstructed based on the i-th vertex position.

摘要: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder, and a decoder are provided. When a size of the current block is smaller than a preset threshold value, a first constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the first constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is determined as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined according to the reference value set. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block is calculated and then filtered.
