Abstract: Provided are a picture encoding and decoding method, an encoder, a decoder and a storage medium. The decoder decodes a bitstream to obtain a size, a coding mode, and residuals of a current block; when the coding mode of the current block is an MIP mode, calculates a second offset based on the size of the current block, a first offset and reconstructed values of adjacent pixels corresponding to the current block; calculates a second prediction value of a pixel at a preset position in the current block by using the second offset, the preset position being a particular position in the current block; performs filtering on the second prediction value to obtain first prediction values of all pixels in the current block; and calculates sum values of the first prediction values and the residuals, and sets the sum values as reconstructed values of the current block.

Abstract: A method for colour component prediction, applied to an encoder and includes: determining a neighbouring reference sample set of a current block, wherein the neighbouring reference sample set comprises at least one reference sample; determining a preset parameter value corresponding to the current block, including: determining a bitdepth value corresponding to a to-be-predicted colour component of the current block; and performing a shift on 1 by the bitdepth value minus 1 to obtain the preset parameter value. The method further includes: determining an input sample matrix by means of a first preset calculation model based on the neighbouring reference sample set and the preset parameter value; and performing colour component prediction on the current block according to the input sample matrix to obtain a prediction block of the current block.

Abstract: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder and a decoder are provided. A bitstream is parsed to obtain a size and a coding mode of a current block. Reconstructed values of neighboring samples are acquired and the reconstructed values of the neighboring samples are filtered. A second constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the second constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is assigned as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block are calculated. The prediction values are filtered to obtain prediction values of all samples in the current block.

Abstract: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder, and a decoder are provided. Reconstructed values of neighboring samples of a current block are acquired, and then filtered to obtain a reference value set of the current block. When a size of the current block is smaller than a preset threshold value, a first constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the first constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is determined as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined according to the reference value set. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block is calculated and then filtered.
