摘要: A display and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The display includes a plurality of pixel circuits. Each of the pixel circuits includes a display unit, a first scanning transistor, an equivalent boosting capacitor, a second scanning transistor, and a third scanning transistor. The display unit receives a first reference voltage and is coupled to a first node. The first scanning transistor is coupled to the first node and receives a first scanning signal. The equivalent boosting capacitor is coupled between the first node and a second node. The second scanning transistor is coupled to the second node and receives a second scanning signal. The third scanning transistor is coupled to the second node and receives the first scanning signal.

摘要: A display device includes a driving circuit substrate, a display layer, an opposite substrate, and a conducting structure. The driving circuit substrate includes a first substrate and a driving circuit layer disposed on the first substrate. The driving circuit layer includes a display region, a peripheral region at the periphery of the display region, and a conducting pad located between the peripheral region and an edge of the first substrate. The opposite substrate includes a second substrate and an opposite electrode layer disposed on the second substrate. The display layer is located between the opposite electrode layer and the driving circuit layer. A conductive member of the conducting structure is connected between the conducting pad and the opposite electrode layer. The conducting structure has a first width. The peripheral region has a second width. The first width is less than or equal to 2.5 times the second width.

摘要: A shift register and a gate driver circuit are provided. The shift register includes an input unit, an output unit, an electrostatic discharge unit and a reset unit. The input unit provides an input signal. The output unit is coupled to the input unit and a gate output terminal. The output unit outputs an output signal through the gate output terminal according to the input signal. The electrostatic discharge unit is coupled to the output unit. After the gate output terminal outputs the output signal, the electrostatic discharge unit pulls down a voltage of the gate output terminal according to a low gate voltage. The reset unit is coupled to the input unit and the output unit. After the electrostatic discharge unit pulls down the voltage of the gate output terminal, the reset unit resets a voltage of a bootstrap node.

摘要: A pixel array includes first signal lines, second signal lines, active components, pixel electrodes, and selection lines. The second signal lines are intersected with and electrically insulated to the first signal lines. Each active component is electrically connected to one of the first signal lines and one of the second signal lines. Each pixel electrode is electrically connected to one of the active components. The selection lines are intersected with the first signal lines to form a plurality of first intersections and second intersections. The selection lines are electrically connected to the first signal lines at the first intersections but electrically insulated to the first signal lines at second intersections. The selection lines are electrically insulated to the second signal lines. At least one of the second signal lines is disposed between each selection line and any one of the active components.
