    Abstract: A common storage management device for a system including a common storage and at least one computer includes at least one processor, the at least one computer storing a plurality of applications configured to write and read data in the common storage. The at least one processor is configured to manage a reservation and a release of a storage space of the common storage in response to a request from the plurality of applications. The at least one processor is configured to assign a releasing priority to each storage space of the common storage that is reserved. The at least one processor is configured to instruct to release the storage space with highest releasing priority when the plurality of applications request to reserve the storage space for the data and free storage space is insufficient for reserving the storage space for the data.

    Abstract: The heater device is provided with a heater main body, and radiates radiant heat from the heater main body toward an object. The heater main body includes a sheet-like heat generating layer that generates heat and radiates the radiant heat, and a sheet-like heat insulating layer that is disposed on the side opposite to the object of the heat generating layer. The heat insulating layer has a sheet-like first layer having voids and a sheet-like second layer having voids arranged side by side in a thickness direction of the heat insulating layer with respect to the first layer. A porosity of the second layer is higher than that of the first layer.

    Abstract: The air-conditioning control device is configured to control an air conditioner for a vehicle having a radiant heater and to output a cancel signal that allows an engine, which has been stopped in response to an idling stop control, to restart. The radiant heater is configured to generate radiant heat to heat an occupant in a compartment of the vehicle. The air conditioner is configured to heat an interior of the compartment using engine cooling water. The air-conditioning control device stops the engine in response to the idling stop control. The air-conditioning control device outputs a cancel signal allowing the engine to restart following the engine having been stopped such that an idling stop time is longer when the radiant heater is operated than when the radiant heater is not operated.

    Abstract: A heater device for warming a user has a heater panel including a planar heating element which generates heat by energization, a first heat radiation surface formed on one surface side of the heating element, and a second heat radiation surface formed on the other surface side of the heating element. The temperature of the first heat radiation surface is higher than the temperature of the second heat radiation surface. In the heater panel, the first heat radiation surface is configured as a non-contact heater that warms the user in a non-contact manner, and the second heat radiation surface is configured as a contact heater that warms the user in a contact manner.

    Abstract: In a location estimation device, a change detection unit detects a point of change in the width of a roadside structure as a width change point. A width correction unit calculates a width deviation between a first relative location of the roadside structure on a map data segment and a second relative location of the roadside structure obtained based on shape information of the roadside structure in the width direction of a vehicle. The width correction unit corrects, as a function of the width deviation and a positional accuracy of the vehicle in the travelling direction, an estimated location of the vehicle in the width direction when it is determined that there is the point of change in the width of the roadside structure in the travelling direction of the vehicle.
